Depends on your image and reads of villain. As described, your line might be best. Make river bet larger.
Depends so much on reads and table dynamics. If villain is quite active, 'd also say well played with almost any reasonable hand. For me would include 66+, AJ+, ATs+, any mid or broadway suited...
Still early but MP got already a 40k stack!
You found the way to get the chips in the middle holding dassnoots, gret! What else do you want? You can't really slow play with the idea to fold later....
Flop is OK in my opinion, need to bet a bit higher against 2 and on a draw heavy board.
Tough decision on the river with 2 callers on the turn and a river card that is not really nice either. Fold...
This. And yes one can fold AA against aggression...
H1 is often 44 or Jx. Probably c/c with a weak A. I would have called anyways that small bet to find out. Meh!
H2 I am with OngBonga here. This is spew. There is never ever a weaker flush here as...
What are you repping with a bet OTR ?
I would only fold this if everybody would be all-in, and I'd be the last to call.
But seriously, can you fold this here? What does ICM say?
Villain fires again even so hero called the river. I would think villain is beating Qx.
But one would need more information about villain.
This. I can't see why raising pre should be bad here.
I also think it's OK as played. I don't think he is trapping and letting you bet into a monster on all streets.
Wouldn't be surprised if he showed 8x at the end. Betsizing is OK IMO
For me it's a clear shove. With 4th-8th the same payout,
you can't reasonably hope that you get AK often enough to move up.
No you can't fold that.
I would have re-raised on the turn, but there is the risk of chasing villain away.
Now THAT's exactly the question.
Ouch, tough spot. You guys really folding top2 here?
IMO as played, A9 is as likely as 99.
I tried this often.
Just can't find the "fucking" button on Stars...
We are talking about getting 3-bet (three) here, right? Not 4-bet.
Or what am I missing ?
Call 3-bet, re-evaluate on flop. I like 4-betting a lot. But I am not a CG specialist.
Yes, reads!
Without any info it's OK as played. After the fold your stack is still competitive.
Questionable if BB would have pushed if you had 3-bet the opener. He might have been squeezing...
Opening KQ is fine 6max, c-betting as the agressor is OK as well.
On the turn you got showdown value, so you might consider checking back. I am betting this in general. Bets should be smaller OTF...
All this. Don't fold. With your stack I would reraise all-in.
If villain min-bets whenever he can (=whenever folded to him), then you are way ahead against his range.
And as 21/23, you don't...
old threat revival ?
snap call
if he has an ace, print out the hand and stick it to the wall
You meant "ad hominem" ?
Not at all, just describing the context.
What acg said. Better to get it in on the turn, can't fold anymore on the river.
Since you only c/c the turn, your KK is not face up. Villain might put you on a strong ace that missed the flop. ...
This smells very fishy.
Is he floating you, maybe with Ac in his hand as a blocker?
Or did he have you beat from the beginning?
Why the huge overbet on the river if he has the nuts? He must know...
No it's not. It's a proven fact.
Yes they do. Many of them.
That's what you are doing.
See above.
