I think it's too loose to raise VS an UTG open, when his stats are relatively tight, and TT isnt really that strong as compared to hands like QQ+, where we're happy to be stacking off with.

dont you think 3-betting preflop, and then C/R flop seems really unbalanced. Then what are you going to do with your air hand range when your 3-bet preflop, and miss flop??
I think you'll get called on turn pretty light. By Jamming PSB, you protect against X(s), i card flush-draws in villains hand range, and your still value betting against all other worse QX. I agree...
OP i think VIllain potting turn, either means he has a Nutted hand, or a strong Draw that he is trying to take down the pot with. I just dont think it's much of a bluff bet sizing. Against a hand...
it's probably a hand like 44, that he limp/called preflop, and is C/R turn for value. The only thing that is confuse me is why he didnt CHeck-Raise on Flop
