OOJ is notoriously difficult to prove. You pretty much have to be found to be destroying evidence for that to stick. That said, Trump's behaviour is shady as hell and the best can be said is, on balance of things, he tried to obstruct justice but not enough to get busted.

Fraud, on the other hand, is much more straightfoward. If you take money for a 'charity' and use it to pay your bills, you're not only an idiot, but you're going to jail.

The only question remaining is whether Trump goes to jail in 2021 or 2025, or dies of a cheeseburger-related coronary somewhere in-between.

Follow me now. Mueller reports to the AG. The AG makes a determination. End of process. That's the law. That's the procedure. That's the rules. Congress has nothing to do with it. Mueller did not "leave obstruction open for congress". That's the most wrong a person could be.

What congress can do, is subpeona information from Mueller and do their own investigations as a precursor to impeachment. But you've already said that you don't think impeachment is the right path. But you want congress to act. But you don't want impeachment. But congress can't do anything except impeach. But you don't want impeachment. But you think congress should act.

Mueller addresses this on page 220 and lays out that while the DOJ cannot get a sitting president on obstruction, congress has the "authority to prohibit a president's corrupt use of his authority"

I know Barr said that he talked to Mueller and Mueller totally said many many a-times that he totally did not consider the opinion that a sitting president cannot be indicted... but he kinda lied there a little bit, it's actually all over the report.

I never said I want congress to "act." In a perfect world you'd send the fat piece of shit to the gulags, but you'd start a civil war. So I think the best path is for Trump to be voted out and then be indicted. There's a risk that he'll win re-election, run out the statute of limitations on his federal crimes and then probably die before he can see justice.

You're presuming a lot of facts here. It could just be that some of Trump's underlings created this thing and Trump just put his name on it. Another guy told me I should start a charity. Without me knowing he used it to pay my bills, which surprised me 'cause that benefitted me and not him. But I had no idea.

Deutsche Bank loaned me a shitload of money once. I defaulted on the loan, they loaned me another shitload. I don't understand why people are suspicious of that.

I can't make my tax returns public because they've been under audit. For three years now. People who say that's not a real reason to withold them are lying.

I have no idea why these things keep happening to me. Maybe I should start asking questions when people come to me with ideas for making money. Seeing as I'm the prime benefactor of these operations, I'm going to be the one held legally responsible.
