I'm pretty immune to television. I know how people try to get me to watch their channel, I tolerate most commericals and I know how to find good television programming.
But sometimes I can not believe what I see. Farmers insurance just ran a commerical trying to convince 20 year olds to get life insurance. Obviously the content was "look at this guy with a beautiful wife, young children and nothing but his best years ahead of him... but he died suddenly and trageically. So call us and shovel us some of your money. Cuz shit happens, and when it happens to you, you better have Farmers life insurance."
i hate television, i haven't had cable for over a year and probably never will again.
i really like take out japanese food
i really like vietnamese delivery
Weird, because that's totally what happens next year after the radmins rent a room and hire topless strippers for the FTR game.Quote:

I'm living the dream and I know it. I just had one of the best nights of my life tonight. I went out with the wife, and I wish I could articulate how cool it was, but I can't. I'm not good at stuff like that. It was........awesome.
What is good, though, is that life is goooooood. Thank you very much to the guy that decided to give me a cool life!
story time tomorrow, fcking crazy life stuff happening (not associated with the wife, we're good, sorry bigred you ain't getting any of this).
fcking craaaaazy though, been going on for like a year now and I'm surprised I haven't brought this up yet.
still living the dream, though (huge smug smile on face)

mmmm outback, haven't been in a while but they always seem to cook my streak a step-under, which is a nice change from every other place not understanding what medium-rare means.
same here. i tried it again last summer for the first time in like 10 years and now i eat it 2-3 times a week when its in season.Quote:

Ok they just responded with: "I don't understand."
FTR, I want your help. Let's hear some suggestions. GOGOGOGOGOGOGO
So far we got:
Wrong Number: the divorce was granted today. pending a few issues to be finalized. keep us in prayer.
Me: Prayer is for those who want to feel a sense of accomplishment without actually doing anything.
WN: I don't understand.

i just made those, and omfg, i added salt and pepper, and NOM NOM NOM!
Just had dinner at Charlie Palmer's steakhouse with a radmin. Had an amazing tomato salad, and a crab-crusted sirloin. Thanks Eric, you're awesome.
OUTBACK IS NOT GOOD????
WTF
BLOOMIN ONION IS WTFMAZING!
ya, wtf is mcat talking about? Out back is the nuts. And chilis is probably the best texmex Ive ever had.
Sounds excellent!Quote:

i've never ate at a outback or chili's, so i can't comment there.
LOL, I'm so bad at getting leveled on the Internet, I probably would've fallen for this if anyone besides you or flomo had posted it.Quote:

ty mcat for the response.
i'm a sucker for the dallas bbq chain in NYC during the summer. it is those huge frozen margs that get me.(no level)
if i say something nice about applebee's that would be a level.
outback being no good is a given. I just assumed bbickes/spenda have bad taste in food.Quote:

PF Chang's
California Pizza Kitchen
Cheesecake Factory
Olive Garden
Outback
Chili's
Applebee's
Red Lobster
TGI Friday's
PFs and CPK are actually good, Cheesecake Factory and Olive Garden are all right but there's usually somewhere better to eat, and the rest of them pretty much suck.
but but Ruby Tuesday's!
Didn't include it because I've never been there.
brownies are so god damn good
i agree, cub scouts are lacking a hole
It depends what you are looking for. If you want to stop in with some friends, be a little rowdy, drink a few beers, get a decent steak and sides and not have to drop 100 per head or pretend like you're a member of high society, it's great.Quote:

I couldnt rank them. PF Changs is absolute trash. Its way too sweet and just all around not better, and often worse, than any of the countless hole in the wall family owned chinese spots yet its at a much higher price point. CPK is just straight up bad pizza imo. Cheesecake factory, well I could eat there, the cheese cake is actually pretty good and whatnot. Olive garden.. boring red sauce white sauce italian food is bad enough but their execution is not only boring but dismal too. Dont really need to comment on the rest except that red lobster does have some addictive rolls (my friend used to work there and when we would pick him up he would bring out a few dozen.)
quit leveling us, unless rolls means spliffsQuote:

In California the random Chinese places are great but that's an exception IMO, because we have a much higher Chinese population for those places to cater to. Also, there's nothing wrong with highly Americanized cuisine as long as it's well executed. PF Chang's chose to make their food a lot sweeter and less spicy than real Chinese food, but at least their vegetables are nice and crisp, their meat is cooked the right amount of time, and they don't overload their food with oil and grease the way most chains do.Quote:

How many beers are we talking here? Enough to make someone tell someone they barely knew that they hated him, and jizz in his bed?Quote:

My gf and I have been talking about getting married for a long time now and back in January we went to a jewelry store and she showed me the kind of cut and band she would want if I were to ever propose. I went back that night and picked it up but she doesn't know.
We're going to Tampa tommorow to spend the day with some friends and I'm going to propose after dinner. I'm incredibly fuckin nervous and really just ready to get it over with and out of the way so we can go ahead and buy a house and move out of this shitty little apartment.
Wish me luck
gl! i proposed to the girlie finally after 6 years this summer. being nervous is fine, just do it in a way she will remember. i asked her by the ocean, at her favorite spot her last day living in friday harbor... she loved it!

I do too. I'm no food snob, just don't dress up frozen dinners, give it a foreign-sounding name and charge me $17 for it. I just like authenticity, I guess.Quote:

Second, some of the things you attributed to me are OUTRIGHT, blatant lies. I'm still trying to figure out of that was intentional or not, but whatever. As I seem to recall, we had a couple issues that (I thought) we had worked out. Two. Freaking. Years ago.

Can you jizz on someone's pillow figuratively? Maybe that's what happened.
Tying this all together, the Olive Garden jizzes on my pillow every time I go (except for the bread sticks).
NOBODY EVER JIZZED ON ANYBODY'S PILLOW wtfbbq
somebody took some of the dancer/hooker cards from the street and rubbed a little curel lotion on them and put a few around the room. it was obvious and supposed to be funny and was never malicious or anything other than a blatantly obvious attempt by a drunk person to be funny. oh, and the bottle was right next to the damn cards.
goddamn
there was never any jizz involved in anything ever, period, and for the record Mike I think you're an awesome dude and I'm quite sure I never told you that I hated you.
godamnx2
new subject, somebody quote my best threads graph before it becomes obsolete.
this one time i jizzed on spoon's pillow.
So I joined the NRA apparently. I got a card in the mail saying I did. There were some papers with it that I didn't really read.Quote:

We got into it a little on the trip down so I took her out for sushi first to butter her up a little and get her back in her "awe I love you so much" kinda mood. My friend Ryan who I've known since I was just a little OP "just happened" to drop by and invite us to a party at the yacht club he works at. He had it set up so I could do it on his dad's ballin ass boat with some Moet and tiki torches and all that good stuff. I gave her a sappy speech and she was like "OMG OMG OMG OMG" I timed it dead at sunset too, so that was pretty nice. And I got some booty on a boat for the first time. True story! Nothing too elaborate or fancy, but it was cool. Glad it's over.
Side notes:
-Moet is the shiz-nittlebam snip-snap sack
- A Gulf coast sunset is viagra for women
-Shes still in Tampa interviewing for jobs and i took the week off so I plan on grinding drunk in my boxers til about Friday and maybe some golf if the weathers nice
Cya on the felts! :D
Not only could I have not said it better, I'm pretty sure its not possible to say it better.Quote:
