Reads?

I can' think of any reads that would change my opinions:
PRE is good.
Flop is good.

Turn can go a couple ways, depending on read on Villain.
Taking the free card is probably what I'd do most often against most villains.

That said, I don't think it can be too bad to bet an A on the turn when the board is 2-pair.
You could get a mid pocket pair to fold, if Villain is capable of folding a mid PP on that board.
It's just that we kinda have to b/f if Villain x/r us, here.

If the turn was a spade, I'd lean more on the b/f or b/c lines, depending on villains bet-size and my read on that.
I'm not looking to get all-in with a flush on a paired board, in general. It'd take a specific read on villain, and I'm still expecting them to show me a full house some of the time.

River fold is fine. You'll be chopping a lot of those calls, and losing plenty often, too.
If Villain was clever enough to b/f his Ax OTR with a full PSB (same as any better hand), then good on him.
Hero sigh-folds and laments it's not all bad when OOP, just mostly bad.

Sorry Mojo I just put these hands up on my phone real quick and waited to pull out my labtop before I got into theory , I will try to just wait and post the theory/hand info together with the hand in the future .

I don't have stats but most of the players were playing pretty Nitty with a few TAGS villain was tight.

MP makes it 3bb, I re-raise to 0.18 and he calls. Is MP's calling range much different than a calling range from the other positions?
I would say his 3-bet calling range would be :

AA-88, AT+,KQs,KJs,QJs,JTs

flop comes and he donk bets into me ? I was confused and wasn't sure how to interpret this??? My best guess was that he had 9x and didnt want to risk checking it and me just opting for a free card higher than his 9? or does he actually have the Jx and is betting for value ?

I have 2 overs with backdoor stuff so I call . When Villain checks the turn I was just plain confused I had no idea what he was holding so I just checked and hoped an A or K came. he leads out on the river and I folded . any feedback appreciated.

Fold flop. Not close.

I would put villain on Jx 9x or smaller pairs when he donks the flop in a 3bet pot. Maybe he just reflex bets paired flops because he thinks it's missed most of our range and is therefore profitable, if we see him always bet paired flops then don't fold AK. But if we think this guy is tight, there is no reason to call the flop.

Think you play this fine with one spade on the flop. Wouldn't hate a fold with no spades.

After villain takes this line, we can pretty much take advantage of him in the future - when he now checks in 3bet pots OOP, he's going to have a ton of air.

I don't agree with bean's first comment, I think we just fold this, but the second sentence is bang on.

Just fold and exploit him in the future.
