So it looks like ftr werewolf is dead.
I know many won't ever see this but I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've played with, there are far too many to name but this forum has genuinely been the most fun I've ever had online and I have hundreds of great memories from games past.
It's a shame we never got to play the last game but still, it's been awesome.

If you're thinking 'fuck that I'll never keep up' - nobody does and nobody cares, it's like the werewolf version of a large field MTT and there will be shot windows (in thread attacks) as well as lynches.

A quick update on the MU anniversary mash - I was vanilla town and made it to day 5 by doing nothing. I just turned up for the ITAs and shot something then disappeared again lol
Game ended on d12 with a 3rd party win
Also I just had my first wolf game on MU and won, which was nice

Came across this thread because I was looking if there were games to play, even play money games would be fun. I have been poking around for a few days, it seems like a bit of a ghost town here. Seems like you may be setting up a game for the last few still hanging out here or something. Am I just not having access to new posts because I am a newbie? I would be interested in playing just for shiggles. I do understand if it is invite only.

Yeah it's a ghost town. Check in on October 1st to see if anyone shows up for a game, you're welcome to play if it happens.
What if I proposed a game? I would enjoy playing a game in my home games club on PokerStars with play money (That way even folks from the USA could play). It could be as big or small as the interest provides. To make it interesting, last place bakes cookies for the winner, or something equally trivial. Maybe make it a poker variant?
I saw a couple of new members listed after me, is anyone interested in a revival or not really? If you don't mind me asking, did something happen or was it a slow decline? Do you think people would start posting if there were new threads? Just trying to get the feel of if anyone is out there.

Just played a large game with monstrman - 52 players, role madness, in thread attacks...
our first game together since the ftr days, we both somehow survived to endgame and both led the town, between us we caught and lynched the last 3 wolves over the last 4 days to secure victory

Kidderminster is a shithole, it's a rather large town and not what I'd call the countryside. People from London might call it that, seeing as the town is surrounded by fields. But it's like a big fuck off shit stain in an otherwise nice part of the country.
I'm now surrounded by sheep and cows, 5 miles from the nearest town, and that's like a fifth of the size of Kidderminster. Much more like it.
i had some friends over and we played werewolf on the ipad app. it was great. everyone had so much fun, and i was really the only person who had played a lot. i used to talk to friends about werewolf when we were playing here, and they probably thought i was crazy at the time, but now see its a great fuckin time playing with people who are trying to win
eventually we added a $ ante, and the winning team chops the pot. so the wolves would effectively be getting laid odds every game. the app was great because it moderates for you, allowing everyone to play
