Playing Short Handed on FTs

So, I've made quite a few final tables and got down to the final 3 or 4 players this year, but come up short a lot of the time. Not great for the win rate obviously.

I'm certainly being outplayed by the more aggro players when we all have 25-40bb stacks and I can feel my cash game tilt problem kicking in at times under the relentless pace and pressure. I'm then more reliant on getting it in flipping and hoping for the best.

Do you have any tips? Any good videos you can recommend or any other games I can simulate playing this way? Cap cash games seem best, but they're a rake trap and don't simulate the pay jumps.
