Rivered nut straight but possible flush/full house board

Should i put in a bet on the river or check to be content to have won a nice pot.? Do you think villian is checking as a sign of weakness or because he has a big hand and wants to trap?
Villian is 22/14/4

given villians stats what hand range can we put him on.
Can this be a case if im beat he calls or re raise and if he is beat he will fold to a pot size bet so its better off to check?

With his agression level being a 3 does his check indicate weakness most of the time ? I know there are some TAG's that will bet bet check a monster to induce a bluff on the river.

I probably bet like 30 on river and hope he cry calls with Ax. If you're really worried he's goign to c/r you then obv just check. I doubt he's goign to c/r here though - he bet 2 streets then looks like he's tryin to either get a cheap showdown or he's just given up as all the draws got there.

We have a straight, he checked. There is no way he's bettiing flop and turn and checking a flush. He may have a fullhose and hope we bet a rivered flush, coz thats what our hand looks like. But I doubt it - if we rivered a flulsh we'd likely raise the river, so he should just bet/3bet.

Why is turn/river scary? We're way underreped. l/c pre. Although being underreped doesnt really matter now given the board and our hand.

I did not have any reads at the table and i was in a passive mood today. In a cash game Usually Ill raise with AK about 75% of the time and limp 25%. I guess i just like to control the pot size when i have top pair top kicker. Is this the wrong approach if were only 100 BB deep?

Seems like i was beat on the flop here and didnt even know it.

strangest defense for a play i've heard on FTR

never limp AKo UTG. even if you currently have a craving for Chipotle

anyway definitely bet river. the only flush i see here is combo draws and there like aren't any in his range. maybe MP + FD, but it's a small part of his range. villain has the possibility of being a thinking player so he should know to never check with a boat here unless he has a read on you that you are capable of bluffing river scare cards and there are like 2 villains in all of 2NL who take this good of notes and are able to take advantage of it. long-winded way of saying you're probably ahead here and plenty of worse hands call (two pairs dominate his range).
