When are you coming to England so we can make babies?
If I ask a question. Will you answer?
I was in London in January. I thought about contacting you, but we were busy at the conference most of the time. Besides, you couldn't get in to the bars with us. And who said we're making babies?Quote:

Up until last October, I had been a graphic designer pretty much since I started working. I quit my last day job as an Art Director doing motion graphics. I've been fortunate enough to have had some success in real estate as well as, obviously, this website. And I supplement with playing poker.Quote:

As a forum admin (or owner, idk), is the Internet Serious Fucking Business?
You're a good guy X; if you want to move into real estate in my neck of the woods (pretty unlikley) give me a shout.
What do you consider your greatest achievement in life?
Who was the one that got away?
How long do you think FTR as a website will exist (in a similar or increased capacity compared to today)?
Why does your Batman t-shirt look like it's on acid?
Since returning from Costa Rica a couple of months ago (and while in Costa Rica for 3 months), I haven't been playing very regularly, but I was playing quite a bit before.Quote:

I'm surprised at how different these mid-stakes have gotten since last year and am learning to adjust.Quote:

Partly laziness. Partly due to the fact that running this site alone keeps me as busy as I want to be (there's more to managing FTR than just the forum). Also, to be frank, I'm probably not as confident about sharing and discussing my hands as I should be. I think I'm a better student (learning from everyone else's thoughts and hand discussions) than I am a teacher (not very good at explaining my thought processes, other than stating the obvious things). This last bit's a silly excuse, I know.Quote:

Officially, I'm the designer and forum administrator. Tyson and Eric are actually the co-founders.Quote:

For me, yeah. By necessity.Quote:

I don't even know where I'm going to end up next, so you never know. I've got the travel bug. Not only that, I've thought for a few years now that the U.S. may not be where I want to live the rest of my life.Quote:

If it weren't for my skills, I'm not sure how far I could have gotten on pure ambition alone. The best part is having made my parents proud, after having disappointed them by choosing not to go down the usual route.Quote:

Some of you FTR veterans may remember my having mentioned that here a couple years ago in response to the troll who made up a sob story about his friend's suicide to solicit money. Of course, one could argue that she is more special to me now that she is gone than when she was alive, but I can't deny my fond memories of her.Quote:

I'm optimistic that FTR will be around as long as Americans are playing poker. In what capacity depends wholly on how the legality of online gaming in the U.S. pans out.Quote:

Because it's not a Batman logo. It's a "Batleaf" (TM) logo... a pot leaf in the shape of the Batman logo. It's a design that I had created, had made and sold to head shops back in 1993 when I was working at a T-shirt design shop. The little white speck in the lower-right reads "(c) 1993 John Kwon."Quote:

Of course! PM or email me when your site is ready and we'll exchange links.Quote:

No. But I have taken some Tae Kwon Do classes when I was a kid. Never went beyond yellow belt.Quote:

Whats the difference between a tangerine, satsuma and clementine
if no news is good news, is all news bad news?
could i interest you in a fish sandwich?
Satsuma and clementine are seedless varieties of mandarin citrus, with clementine being the sweetest and juiciest. The tangerine has seeds and is much more sour than the others.Quote:

The "Resembles Pac-man" portion of our budget is what we spend on "entertainment," i.e., booze and women.Quote:

The "squeeze play" in whatever. Because, when I was a teenager, I remember watching the beginning of some R-rated sports comedy on cable and the first scene had a guy in bed with a girl, with a close-up of his hand squeezing her boobs. Over that, the title "Squeeze Play" appeared.Quote:

You say you had a job as a graphic designer. I was wondering how well that paid and exactly what the job involves as im just about to do a graphic design course at college, and wondered what type of job you can get.
What's up?
