NEED ADVICE for STUPID PIZZA MAN

last night i was hanging out over at friends' house, and we got into alot of stuff and were pretty out of it. my friend ordered pizza online and paid for it with his card. when the pizza man showed up my friend was taking out the trash so he got me to get the pizza from the guy. i didn't know my friend had already paid for it and the guy told me how much it was, so i gave him the $13 price + $2 tip. he left then my friend came back and i told him the price so he could give me some money, but then he was like 'wtf i already paid for it.'

we were too wasted to do anything about it and the guy had already gotten away. what do i do now? what would you do?

my buddy did the opposite to one pizza place. Ordered it by phone and when it go there said he had ordered it online. the guy was like "What? hmm. oh yah, here yah go" And nothing ever came of it.

Id just let it go.

Dude I got the perfect solution. Order pizzas over and over every night until he shows up. Most pizza guys leave their cars running or at least their keys in there car. Say step inside while I get the money. Well once he is inside have someone outside hop in his ride and drive it around to the other side of the block or something. The look on his face when he comes out would be worth the 15 bucks.

As someone who worked at a pizza joint delivering for a couple of years, here's the procedure you need to go through any time something goes wrong at a pizza place with a delivery order.

Problem: You get a pizza, something is wrong.

Solution: Don't talk to the fucking delivery driver. They deliver pizzas, and they can't pull one out of their ass on the spot. So if something is wrong, dial up the place and talk to the manager, and request a replacement. With enough bitching / moaning / complaining, you can usually get some extra shit for free on the side.

In your particular case, I would have called and told the manager so either A.) You got a refund or B.) Got your friend's card credited back or C.) Got credit for your next order.

Also if the manager is a punk and you really feel like being a jerk or are generally dissatisfied, threaten (or actually call) the next highest manager, like the district office / manager or whoever....stores actually are rated based on customer service complaints amongst a bunch of other things...every complaint you make takes a little bonus out of their pocket.

This one time I was hanging with 2 hippies friends who didn't eat meat. We order a mushroom pizza and the cheesbread pizza from Papa Johns. Dude delivers the order, big box, small box. We get upstairs and it's pepperoni and theor desert pizza. I'm starving so I grab a piece of the pepperoni and my friend calls the store to tell them the order is wrong. 5 min later delivery guy comes back with our order all embarrased. Since I already ate a piece he can't take it back so he just gives us the original order. 30 min later another knock at the door. The manager had re-made our order so in the end we got 3 large pizzas, 2 cheese garlic bread pizzas and 1 desert pizza for like $10.

Moral of the story: Gabe you need to run better
