"These are all photoshopped, god dammit!" he shouts. "Guess I'll just play some cards or something..."

Gator hears a knock at the door and when he answers it a group of lawyers are standing there.

"Mr. Gator, among many scandalous crimes including being raped by bigred at vegas 2011 wink wink, we suspect that you are a federal agent. You have to come with us."

After much cavity searches, all nice and deep like, they figure out that Gator is in fact just a regular poker player. Unfortunately, the feds figured that out too.

Anyways, it's either Hoopy or TLR today. I can't image lynching anyone else.

TLR has been scratching at my brain all game long and Hoopy hasn't made a single post that I would consider to distinguish him in any way.

The likelyhood that a villager resides within my list of villagers is increasing, but I think that the best course of action would be the remove the few question marks remaining before doubling back.

Given that Dan and Gator both turned out to be villagers I think TLR looks pretty bad now, though it's a bit weird that he pushed for a Dan lynch yesterday that had no steam if the wolves already had the idea to kill Dan at night.

I'm waiting for Benny , hopefully he has 3 living look ups, which means we will know the role of half the village.

We have 3 kills to find another wolf (todays lynch, the vig's shot tonight, and tomorrows lynch) ... If we know the role of 4/8 people today, then even if we do not know the role of a wolf, we will inevitably get 1 in the next 3 kills (only 2 of the remaining 4 could be villagers).

I'm going to wait until i hear from benny before listing my top suspects.

almost at the point where your info + angels gaurantee'd survival is >>> your survival,

because like i said, with all your info (assuming all your look ups are alive) we can get a wolf in the next 3 days guaranteed. This ensures that at worst it will come down to a 2-1 situation to end the game, and this way one of those 3 will be the angel (something we had the last time the village won, compared to last game where we had 0 confirmed villagers going into the 2-1).

Ok, here it is. Yesterday was about 2 things: somebody had to die that I hadn't looked up and I needed to get enough info to know who to look up next. It ended up being Gator who died (sorry, buddy) but we just needed to get to 8 with 3 confirmed roles and he was the path of least resistance. And now that we are there, I need to share my plan.

I have 2 living villager lookups. With me, that makes 3 known roles. I know who the angel is (LOVE YOU, ANGEL). I do not know who the vig is nor do I know who the last lawyers are. If the vig reveals himself today (but don't yet until this plan is discussed thoroughly), we will have 4 confirmed.

Worst case scenario
Day 6: the 4 confirmed villagers lynch any of the unconfirmed 4 and hit a villager. 5 villagers and 2 wolves remain alive
Night 6: The vig dies (which is ok since the confirmation is probably more valuable than the bullet). The angel protects me. I get a lookup. 4 villagers and 2 wolves remain alive.
Day 7: We either lynch the wolf I looked up or I reveal who the 4th villager is and game ovah.

Best case scenario, we hit a wolf today and the same process of elimination shown above reveals the 4th wolf in short order.

Please poke holes in my plan. Even if someone fake reveals as the vig to accompany the real vig, it doesn't really matter...we just lynch somebody who hasn't revealed and I look up one of the ppl claiming to be the vig and we get confirmation.

In this plan, innocent villagers may die a horrible and painful death but consider the lifeblood you shed to be the fertilizer of our victory.

Nobody left in the game will fake out as the vig if they are a villager (see thats why we killed SDM). I am not the vig. Just a villager.

Awesome, I think we've won. Really don't see how we can't have. I also like TLR and hoopy as the last two, but w/e Benny lead the way, you're the one who knows who the villagers/angel are.

Benny, I understand that you know the identity of the angel and an additional villager, with 5 unknown, assuming the vig reveals himself there can be two cases here
Case 1: Only one vig reveals himself, we can assume it is the real vig
4 confirmed, 4 not confirmed, we lawyer one and lynch one, wolves eat the angel, you have another lookup
assuming we missed both the identity of 4 out of the remaining 7 is known, if we miss and the wolves eat you there are 3 villagers and 2 known wolves, game over, we win

Case 2: 2 vigs reveal themselves, we have 3 confirmed, 4 unknown and 2 vigs, one of them is a wolf
Real vig shoot the fake vig, wolves eat angel you have lookup, we have 4 confirmed, 3 unknown, one of them is a wolf, we miss and seer dies, we have 3 confirmed, 2 unknown, we lawyer one and the wolves eat a confirmed, we have 2 confirmed, one unknown.

I think we have this game won, right now what I think that should happen is that you should not reveal your lookups as it gives no edge to the village, vig should out himself and we should wait for everyone to confirm they are on board, then you should dictate who to lawyer out of the unconfirmed. This way the wolves will not neccessarily know who you looked up and might eat an unconfirmed, making life easier for us. The angel should obviously protect you

One big pet peeve of mine is that you shouldn't post in the dead thread or after the day is over. Once you recognize the final vote is in, you're supposed to stop posting.

There was even that night were SDM aroooed and everyone was going on and on about what it meant, taking more undue opportunity to make villagery posts and then SDM came in and gave them the true bit of info. I had to snap lock-it-down. edit: even if he was a wolf, the wolves are supposed to be allowed the attempt to silence someone before everyone is allowed to converse about what that dead wolf being a wolf means.

Other than that, the game was very enjoyable.

That was pretty much what I was hoping for, I had to have some heat on me so that the wolves would have an insentive to keep me alive, although at some point it became obvious that Benny had looked me up, so I was expected to get killed last night

Well, we didn't consider you the angel. It's easy to see how you're suspicious when you know you're suspicious and that that suspicion is being looked for. I personally didn't even consider you.

And yeah, going for Benny was a bad move, but me and DTB hatched it up and should have really only gone forward with a full consensus (Carroters was MIA at the time). But who knows what would have happened if we axed DanA and not Benny that night.

At the end of the day, I think the impetus for that decision was that I thought we had viable plans moving forward in all cases (unless Benny just up and says, "nah DTB is a wolf." I thought it was more likely Benny knew the real angel and not DTB's real role) and it really felt more interesting than trodding through chance picks at getting you.

No, I worked my scenarios such that even if you were eaten last night (which I too thought was likely), it wouldn't have mattered. It would have taken longer, but we still would have won.

I did not think it was clear I was the angel, I thought it was pretty clear I was looked up by Benny, and thus will be a verified villager, however it probably made more sense for you to go angel hunting then verified villager hunting

sorry, in the future i wont even go in there, i deleted one of my posts pretty quickly, but if people are clearing people for whats said in the dead thread then thats stupid, because i am easily capapble of doing it as a level.

I thought 'rilla was the vig, I thought philly was playing a crazy wolf game, and carrots I've been suspicious of all game. I guess I know why I got nommed on night one now anyway. Either I was onto something with my shouting, or it was an idea of philly's to nom me and press the "ong was onto something" line. I went for the latter, I thought philly was levelling the fuck out of everyone, but it seems I had the wolves worried. I did wonder why 'rilla was so onto me early on, last game as the vig I sent him a message which basically had gator soulread after DC's outing, but I didn't follow up on my suspicions and cost the village victory. But he should know I'm capable of sniffing out a wolf, so I shoulda sniffed him out when he got on my back for trying to soulread. I went for the vig line with 'rilla in the end based on the roid shooting and "I think SDM is the vig", it looked like a clever way to misdirect the wolves.

this is true, it was my primary reason for being skeptical of TLR . I still think its funny how i was like "obvious they are leaving good players alive "and rill caomes in "NO NO THEY ARE ANGEL HUNTING" is what gave him away to me, its like well on night 1 you didnt know the seer and you went for ong, and on night 2 you know the seer and go for JV...doesnt seem like angel hunting imo

I'm not sure how the wolves thought I was the angel , I never would of said DtBs not likely the angel if I was. Carroters was great had no clue, thought he was a villager forsure, the only thing I should of caught is the other games I played where you were a villager you were always pretty vocal when you were certain someone was also a villager, but not this game
