Enter Sandman on repeat until 3:30 baby! Biggest game in college football history is today, gents!

If anyone is lucky enough to make it to the game, I would gladly murder you and wear your skin for a day.

Let's go Wolfpack, Hokies and Yale baby! Sorry bigred, but #4 (Chris Smith...receiver and punt returner) lives in my neighborhood and he's the man, known him for awhile.
Yeah, I went to our tailgate and tried to find just OOOONEE ticket. Looks like its gonna be BW3 :(Quote:

brilliant
OH MY GOD
THERE'S THAT STUPIDASS SAFETY RULE
I just laid out that exact scenario in the other thread, down 6 pinned back, in the other thread less than a week ago.
2nd down looked like a TD
it should have been to MSU's advantage, made LSU burn another (their last?) timeout.Quote:

or he could have put some air under the throw
also, lol Florida State
Wrong game, foolios! VT IS CLEANING HOUSE!
THE Ohio State ran 25 plays in the first half, 23 of them were runs, the other 2 were incompletions.
lolTerrellePryoraments
sooooooo standard
nice win VaTech guys
gig'em so far, JerrodJohnson4prez obv
i kind of agree with the overall sentiment, but in fairness, there was a MASSIVE downpour all over ohio, seriously it rained like crazy, and the run game was crazy effectiveQuote:

While being carted off he was shown puking in a bag and they blamed it on him being sick.....
No, he got knocked the fuck out and that's what happens when you suffer a decent sized concussion.
I really like Tebow and think he's great for college football, but any other player in the country and they'd be talking about how brutal the hit was, but he just got his "bell rung."
(these thoughts are coming from in-game updates I saw while watching other games)
yeah, but shouldn't that be some kind of illegal blow or something? the tackler never went for an actual tackle, like grab the waist and throw him down, his head was up throughout the whole approach, and knocked 6-3 tebow right in the helmet.
i call it illegal tackle, he went to give the guy a concussion. obviously lousy blocking scheme, even though tebow should have seen him coming being lefthanded and all.
lol @ Houston being the second best team in Texas.
the blow was close to being illegal, but that wasn't what knocked him the fuck out. Tebow's head hit the knee of one of his teammates as he was going down, and that's what sent him to la-la land.

you're forgetting the #1 offense in the nationQuote:

Feels good to flex my football hate muscle.
VY = top 5 college QBs evar
USC = on verge of 3-peat/greatest team evar hype/5 future NFL draft picks on defense

You don't have to justify your championships. I saw the refs give Ben Roethlisberger a ring once. I'm still proud of it.
a lot of shitty teams played some pretty damn exciting games this morning
lol@ VaTech and Iowa though, nice performances there
FUCK YOU MSU
go dawgs!!!
you don't honestly believe you're going to move the ball on LSU do you?Quote:

weeee0)))0oeo!!!
Any chance this years OU team is the least lucky team of the decade?
Well, I guess they used it all up getting to the NC game last year.
Ridiculous injuries aside, Texas looks awful.
TU looks sooooo bad, and have had, what 3, maybe 4 big breaks go there way. Bradford's out, Colt has thrown two pick-6's that were dropped, the muffed punt, and now the fumble on the kick off return.
Awesome stuff sips
soooooooo pumpppppppppped I can hold a long p!
VT GT WooT!
Errr...
ahahahahahaha

Very happy TCU jumped Boise in the BCS, and with their schedule there is no way they fall behind them unless they lose or the voters continue to be idiotic.
I wonder if the pollsters have half a brain, how can Boise be ranked ahead of TCU in both polls? Are they just completely avoiding the fact that TCU plays a much tougher schedule, and just beat a top-20 team on the road by 30+? Just b/c BSU started the year ranked ahead of TCU, doesn't mean they get to just stay there by beating up on a grossly depleted WAC. Yea yea yea, they beat Oregon, at home, by 11. TCU won on the road against two ACC teams, one of those was @Clemson who just beat Miami in Florida.
Boise barely beat Tulsa, who lost to OU 45-0 against their back-up QB. Besides Oregon, Boise won't play another team that sniffs the top-50 in the nation, TCU plays 3 top-30 teams, two of them on the road. Even w/ Oregon on the schedule, their opponents are a combined 19-24, TCU's are 27-25.
Wow Indiana is getting so screwed in this game, 3 calls have gone in Iowa's favor that were clearly incorrect. They just had a TD overturned, and then missed a FG. This came after a 3rd and goal from the 3 resulted in a fluke 95yd INT return for a TD. They still lead 21-14 but the refs are doing everything they can to give this game to Iowa.
Oh look Iowa was about to have to punt, and here comes a roughing flag on a totally legit hit.
FML fucking faggots shit fuckers DIAGF SEMINOLES WOOOO FUCK THAT
I'm glad my thoughts were shared. That game was a sham to watch. I'm trying to think of what non-Big 10 Top 25 teams Iowa would beat, and am drawing a blank. Seems like 3 loss Oklahoma would pretty much dominate a game vs. them on a neutral field.Quote:

What sucks is no matter who gets in from the Big10, you're going to hate them, b/c they're clearly an inferior conference now, and don't even have athletic teams. At least teams in the ACC/Big East have a chance against faster Big12/Pac10/SEC teams.

Hopefully KU football doesn't regress to what it was in the past, though...
well that was then I thought Bradford was coming back
LSU finish was awesome, not taking a time out after 3rd down w/ like 25 seconds remaining until there were 9sec left is just ridiculous. I think that game just goes to show you how big recruiting/talent is in college football and how little coaching really matters. Les Miles is publicly considered an elite coach, yet it seems more and more things are popping up about how bad an in game coach he is.
yeah, but andy reid/donavon mcnabb are equally bad. i think teams just need to hire a mathematician to be their official late game manager. not just for deciding super simple crap that coaches get wrong all the time like whether or not to spend the timeout BEFORE the two minute warning or AFTER when the opponent's draining the clock, but also for spots like when the bucs went for a fucking field goal when they were down by 6 with 4 minutes left to the redskins, when they had 4 and Goal at the 4.
deciding things like probability and multiplying 40 seconds by 4 and so forth just aren't coach's strong point, especially when they have to call plays for their offense.
What a joke that Tebow and McCoy are even in the discussion for the Heisman. What in the fuck do W/L have to do with player ability? Bradford's stats last year were literally twice as good as McCoy's are this year, and that poor Stanford kid keeps running over everyone and doesn't have a chance.
