You can import the hands to Poker Tracker and watch them on the hand replayer. But I find using the hand replayer takes a LONG time. I think it's easiest to go through a text file. I scroll down, highlighting as I go, stopping when I find an interesting hand. Then I delete everything above it, comment on the hand, rinse, repeat. It probably takes an hour, two tops, to review 200 hands. It's HUGELY helpful. I get almost as much out of reviewing hands as I do from reading my partner's comments.

Andy: I'm back in. I'm still playing 100NL FR at the moment, but I may make a switch to SH soon. I'll let you know.

yea I do find they help. alot. I'm in, put me down for SH $25NL. I gotta finish NLHE T&P still too. I need to start finding more time to read anyway. HH's will only help. Less poker, more learnin'.

Me too, if poss. $20 NL Full Ring (although it's actually $0.05 / $0.10 on VC / Doyle's room for some bizarre reason)
