>80% would be cool. I'd be disappointed if we're looking at like a quarter on the dollar.

The majority of the accounts probably dont have much money in them and I think they will decide its not worth it to go through the claims process. I hope
Yeah, and there's that too. A lot of people will small amounts, and a lot of them may have moved to a different email, and won't even know about the claims process. I think there's a really good chance we get paid a hundred pennies on the dollar.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PAYMENT TO PETITIONERS
WHO CONFIRMED THEIR FTP ACCOUNT BALANCES
GCG has been informed that the Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section has approved the first round of payments. This distribution will include approximately 30,000 Petitions totaling $82 million submitted by Petitioners with timely, complete Petitions, who confirmed their FTP Account Balances. GCG is currently working with the bank selected by the DOJ to set up the payment process. GCG expects to issue payments via ACH before the end of February 2014 and will post further updates on the payment process in 2-3 weeks.
Please continue to check this website for updates regarding the payment process and this administration.

Ship the 100 pennies.
At the risk of sounding stupid, what's ACH?
Automated Clearing House. A payment processor.
Awesome. Hope you guys get your money, finally.
where is the Howard Ledderer interview?
From http://www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com/. Anyone seen any test transfers?Quote:
Notice to Petitioners Who Timely Confirmed Their FTP Account Balance
GCG is in the process of preparing payments for Petitioners who timely confirmed their FTP Account Balance. Beginning on February 13, such Petitioners may notice a zero-dollar transaction in their bank account statement that relates to the Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration. Please be aware that this is a normal part of the bank testing process in preparation for payment of ACHs. However, not all banks post these notices during the testing process, so do not be concerned if you do not receive such a notice and believe you are eligible to receive payment in the upcoming initial distribution.

There are a few confirmations over on 2p2. I haven't seen anything with Chase yet. But my Jimmies are unrustling quite nicely.
No confirmation for me yet (TD).
Nothing for me (Chase)
It appears that a lot of people (all?) getting confirmations of a $0.00 deposit had to call their bank. I guess some (a lot?) of banks won't display such a transaction on your online banking statement.
Either way, calling seems kinda futile at this point. Monies are on their way. Ship it.
My account has been credited $.00 by with some cryptic little note of "DOJ POKER STARS POKERPAY." Given boost's note above, I'm not sure saying this is helpful for anyone else, but I just felt compelled to say:
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
Who do you bank with?
Brag: The money just hit my account fistpumps!!
Beat: It's only ~75% the amount I think I thought I remembered they said I was eligible for.
Variance: Not sure if I remembered the number wrong (though, I'm almost certain it wasn't this low); not sure if they're sending it out in pieces while they sort other things out; not sure if it was a mistake and I should contact them and deal with god-knows-what trying to prove that I had more in my account; not sure if we're all to expect less than we were eligible for; etc.
But emphasis on the brag because this is still like getting an extra paycheck this month. Add this to my tax refund and I might actually be able to afford my wedding! Haha.
I don't have anything yet :( Kinda tempted to contact my bank now and inquire about the ACH test deposit.
Crazy, not one person has reported getting their deposit on 2p2. First wave will probably be happening all this week, eh?
OH SHIT MY BAD I'M SO SORRY!!!! Today's boon was my tax refund from the state of Delaware. You'd think with how clear all the email names/deposit notes/etc have been, I would have taken the time to notice that it didn't say anything about the DOJ or Poker or FTP. So yeah, no cause for concern (or excitement) that you haven't gotten yours yet and no cause for concern over me getting a different amount from expected.
I can only say I'm glad that I didn't totally start a shit storm (ie: that boost is the only one who cares)
Alright, for real this time, I got an email from FTP Administration saying my remission has been approved and they'll be shipping within 7 business days. The amount approved was the number I had in mind.
I always had an "I'll believe it when I see it attitude," but it's not looking like there's a whole lot left to go wrong at this point!
Got the email @ 5PM PST!

Got emailed. Am relieved.
In no way have I ever, nor do I ever plan to measure my game step uppage in forum post count over a given time.
I have a pending payment from DOJ Pokerstars for the amount I expected!
Same. Congrats everyone!!!
Got my money.
very happy for all you poor americans
next step is to let you play these sites again:)
no money yet because they initially did not give me P&C numbers, but finally got correct numbers (after submission date) and submitted new claim. Spoke with GCG and since I filed before the date on the original claim the new one will be marked timely and should be in batch 2. So seeing everyone actually get paid makes me know batch 2 is real so I kinda feel like I have the money already. Hi five pokerstars
Guy I spoke with was very nice and helpful, if anyone needs his info PM me.
Where's my $1.67?
grats frands!
