Wolves are obviously going to muddy the waters today boog. I'm taking nothing from the shit being thrown around today.

Honestly boog, if you hadn't have attacked gabe from the off, this would already be decided. That is literally the only thing stopping me from voting and making sure I'm not missing anything.

We've both (you and I) defended villagers as wolves, Ong. I don't find this indicative of villagerness. Nicely done as a wolf but easily done by a wolf.

That's not all that stops drew from being a wolf. There's monkey's crumb, there's drew's general tone where it feels like he's trying to figure stuff out.

All that stands against drew really is his refusal to nail gabe. That tells me that if drew is a wolf, it's with gabe. But that's ok, because I intend to lynch gabe today.

Anywho, here's to hoping it's Gabe/Luco/BID/SMF. Tis the only team in my mind that makes sense that includes Gabe. Also, my initial Gabe soulread would be proven correct. That'd be cool.

Well if it makes you feel any better, I feel like my reread of the thread is pointless, because I feel like I'm always voting gabe here and gabe always gets lynched, regardless of my efforts.

rilla/rascal can't be eliminated

rascal took until now to make his first substance post of the game. there are no tone reads on rilla because he has avoided the thread. villager rilla does not have a problem appearing villagery when he is in the trenches. thats not happening this game, he's MIA

the crossclaim nonsense is too fantastical to be swept aside. like, an explanation from rilla on why he partnered with gator would be nice. thats the minimum rilla could offer as a villager

I meant at deadline yesterday. This would be so much easier if gabe was yesterday's lynch.

gabe does have a point, to give him credit where it's due. You could be a wolf with rilla and rascal, knowing that wuf's flip looks amazing for rilla. There's reason as a wolf you'd avoid villager gabe in that spot, assuming you're with rascal and rilla.

But I strongly suspect gabe is attempting to tap into my paranoia here.

Overall, rascal/rilla/drew/monkey have demonstrated a much more apparent desire to figure stuff out. otoh, gabe/keith/hoopy/boog have been wolfy throughout, basically on everyone's radar.

If wolves are rascal/drew/rilla/monkey, they've played well and deserve to win.

First of all, I read rascals tone correctly exactly 0% of the time. This game, I feel like I have monsters under the bed in that rascal always seems villagery to me but I keep remembering I can't read him.

Rilla is similar except he's been wolfier for one main reason - his posts appear helpful but they provide zero insight into what he's thinking. This WW format is probably good for wolves who want to hide during the game. All they need are two mislynches and the game's over. By providing a poe list (has he done anything else?), I feel like he's doing the bare minimum.

Ok so the only reason a wolf team of monkey/drew/me/aubrey or monkey/drew/rilla/rascal hasn't already won this is because monkey is inactive. But monkey has posted today, and if wolves were on the brink of winning, I'd expect him to at least be checking the den.

I think monkey/drew/rilla/rascal is now proven to be not the wolf team by virtue of game not being lynched yet.

BID, who are your four? Break down in percentages if need be.

At this point, wolves need to be casting shade on other wolves with the hope of lynching the OTHER pair.

That gabe has voted for drew while taking two votes off boog and hoopy with no action proves that gabe is not thinking like a village rin this spot.

Where is the panic about getting railed by the wolves? He knows that's not going to happen.

gabe is also voting for the suboptimal lynch from his pov. drew/monkey can only be a wolves with boog/hoopy. If drew was wolf with me, or rascal, they can win right now by lynching gabe. So gabe is staking it all on one team.

He could vote for hoopy/boog, and remove the potential for them being wolves with others, such as rascal/rilla.

The chances of drew/monkey being wolves with rilla rascal is exactly the same as the chances of rilla/rascal being wolves with drew/monkey.

Only, when you throw in there's no chance of drew/monkey being wolves with anyone else, and there's a reasonable chance of boog/hoopy being wolves with others, your position about how drew is more +ev than boog falls apart.

i was on BID and then ong pointed out what rascal had to be thinking when rascal rescinded (or at least what rascal was likely thinking)

ong doing this changed how i viewed the day. he actually contributed to the village solution directly (have u done this?)

the vote stuff doesnt matter nearly as much as you think it does. we have hours and hours to go. and maybe hundreds of posts. and i disagree its only between you and me

gabe, if either of those wolf teams are correct, then the two votes on you currently from boog and hoopy mean the wolves can win.

The ONLY way those teams are viable is if they just haven't got snched up yet, which I'd put at <1% given the time you've had those votes on you.

I still don't believe it, because I really don't see others being wolves. Perhaps rascal is playing a blinder, perhaps drew is.

The way I see it, gabe voted for drew because the wolves really really do not want it to be gabe vs boog. What can gabe do if you guys are the wolves? He's forced into accepting you're likely a wolf, while also committed to trying to get a mislynch.

It's all so clear to me, and if somehow I'm wrong, then I think the wolves have played excellently.

I'm really not seeing it. I can see monkey being a wolf. That's it. The others look like villagers to me.

now that ive thought about what ong said rascal did, the 2nd team is probably like 40%. i dont think rascal rescinding eliminates the possibility of rilla/rascal/smf/bid (ong disagrees with this). so they are ~20%. and boog/hoopy/smf/bid is the rest

gabe I can't see how you as a villager can ever vote for drew in this spot. It should be clear to you that hoopy/boog is optimal, from your pov, assuming you're a villager. It should be clear to you also that the bottom two teams you give 10% to would right now be in a position to win, meaning from your pov it should now be locked.

These are critical things missing here gabe that wouldn't be missing if you were a villager.

rilla/rascal are villagers because rascal has been very game solvey with minimal sense of ulterior motive (unlike you), while rilla has been relaxed and quietly brilliant.

They might be wolves, but they look more like villagers you you/keith/boog/hoopy, so well done to them if that's the case.
