Bet $15, put him in on the river.
Bet 15, then 15 on the river, hopefully he'll sense weakness and go over the top but as long as he doesn't fold you'll take his stack. With such small stacks i don't see how you can fail to take all his money.

Actually I failed by betting 30$ on the turn and he folded after thinking for 30 sec. So - bad play by me.
The question, then, is "how do I get the rest of his $30?"
I think you can manipulate the pot size to give him calls that he "has to" make on the turn and the river.
Bet $10 into the $20 pot on the turn. If he has any kind of a hand he will call a 1/2 pot-sized bet, but he does not have odds to call with most any draw with one card to come. (Ignoring for the moment the good possibility that he may even pop you with a raise after this bet.)
On the river, the rest of his stack, $20, is again only 1/2 the pot. A 1/2-pot-sized bet takes the rest of his stack on the river.
That's how I'd prefer to bet it I think.
I think he's more likely to find a fold on the river for 1/2 pot than the turn, hence I like the 15/15 line. In general, I like to get my money in on earlier streets as you will more often get calls with cards to come.
I don't dislike the 15/15 line either, but I think that appearing to slow down on the turn when an "overcard" (the queen) falls might be a good way to rep weakness. Depending upon this opponent's level of aggression I don't hate checking the turn either, but I think that may look too suspicious.
I hate checking without a read. Betting is almost always the best way to get money into the pot.
Sure, like I said it depends upon opponent's level of aggression. I don't think he specified not having a read though.

AND if he really tight, he probably has a hand he likes and that he will bet with.
I say check-raise and if he calls, another good sized bet (which he may most likely fold.)
i wouldn't check-raise here. if he called the flop imo he's nervous about his hand a little bit, i think he will call reasonable sized bets but is probably looking to a showdown for as cheap as possible so would check given the chance. just to be different, bet 12 then 18 :)
There is no way that I'll ever check raise that no matter what.
(I'm a little bit confused actually, did you bet on the flop and he calls, or did he reraise you on the flop?)

Thinking some more - I don't know, but I think he holds KK and given my table image and my read on him I think he should and would fold to any well sized bet here. I raised preflop but didn't reraise his reraise, making it very possible that I hold AK, QQ or JJ and not AA. With QQ JJ or AA he'll be beaten, so I should bet a bit small here to signal a bluff about to chicken out. 10-15$ seems good for this purpose. During play I thought he might read my big bet for all his money as a scare bluff and call me.
