Do you ever......
Feel like you totally suck at playing this game.....
After this weekend I won 5 of 8 SNGs finishing in the money....even sat at a .10/.25 ring game and pulled away with 43.00.
But last night played 4 SNGs and finished in the money 0 times. I was down to 4 left I get AA in the Big Blind, guy trys to steal I go all in. He shows 44 guess what comes on the flop 44K and that was it Im ousted....AGAIN!!!!
The biggest part of my game I have to learn to control is my anger....after something like that happens I tend to get pissed during the next game and be aggressive because Im pissed.
But after last night I felt like quitting playing this game.

Sure, it happens to everyone now and then.
Evaluate your last games; did you make any major mistakes or did you simply get bad beats and/or cold cards? Regardless, a break will often do the trick.

I see you at 5 of 12 now. That's not exactly Rocking the world, but it's fine. Anything >40% and you're likely profitable, esp. if you're a play-to-win guy and your ITM finishes are 1st-heavy.
As to controlling your emotions, I've found that turning each SNG into a kind of experiment helps. You decide, for example, that you're going to rep the top pair on just about any flop. Or you decide to play tight and passive until level 4. See how it goes. Make mental notes.
Definitely track your ITM % and ROI. I can send you a spreadsheet if you need it.
Then you're learning from it even if you lose, so you're coming out ahead.

A few things to do, morf:
1. Shake your head, chuckle, and say "That's poker."
2. Re-read 'rilla's Bankroll Management Post. It's a great way to manage the swings.
3. Put the name of the dude who sucked out on you in your list of People Who Are Likely To Pay Me.
This guy is NOT going to hit you with a 4 every time, and "They" collectively aren't either. You have to take the long view of this: AA is going to lose to 44 20% of the time. But that means 80% of the time, you pwn him!
So REJOICE!!! You found another one! Put him on your buddy list and go to his table whenever you get a chance. Don't gun for him, but let him play his game. And smile every time he sucks out, because that sort of thing will KEEP HIM PLAYING THAT WAY!
Relax, brother...you'll be fine.
