Full House versus 4 of a kind
Is it possible to not lose your entire stack if you flop a full house and your opponent flops 4 of a kind?
In a tournament game, I am dealt pocket 10s. I raise 3-4bb and get 2 callers. Flop comes 7 10 7. I bet a little less than pot sized get 1 caller. I figure he is on a draw, with 2 suited cards on the board. I bet on turn (x card) again pot sized, river (x card) I bet he raises me all in for only a couple hundred more. The pot was at about 4k or so, and the final re raise was for about 500.
What did I do wrong?

A 7? 10 7? no reason to think it's quads. maybe even 2 pair.

Nothing. bet full houses. as much as you think they will call. this will probably only happen once in a zillion hands so, you're good for a few years now.
:D
