Let's say you get suited connectors for your first two cards. What's your odds of getting a straight/flush over all five cards and how do you figure that out?

5.77% will flush by the river
0.98% of QJo will flop a straight. Don't know about all five, but you will flop an OESD 6% of the time

Flush- 5.8%
Straight- 3.0%
Straight flush 0.05%

The math is simple but long, I'll post it if you want.

Yea, I would like to see the math behind it if it's not too much trouble. I have a pretty good idea of how to calculate odds from the flop and turn and am trying to reach a better understanding of poker odds and probabilities in general.
