What defines "High Stakes" as opposed to "Mid

I imagine 25 dollar NL or 1/2 limit is low limit. I am sure 50,000 buy in is high limit.

Is 1000 dollar buy in NL high stakes?
Is 100 dollar buy in mid stakes?
are these terms defined, or is it relative?

100 is still low. I'd say the cut off from low to mid is 200 and the cutoff from mid to high is 1000.

Limit 15/30, 30/60 and up are "high limit"

NL 500 + buy in 5/10 blinds is "high limit"

Really, low to high limit depends on stakes relative to your bankroll. But, generally speaking this is how the terms are used.

according to 2+2 15/30 is still Small Stakes, 1/2 is micro.
