Remember to play within your bankroll

So what is a bankroll? A stash of money dedicated for poker play only. For limit games it's 200-300 times the big bet of whatever level you want to play. For NL cash games it's 20-30 times the buy-in.

As it is, between last night and this morning I had a 25 BB downswing on Pokerstars. Being as I've got more than 200 BB in my account (I'm playing 0.25/0.50 and have more than $100) this small downswing hasn't caused me any consternation at all. Used to be that I'd play 2/4 if I had $100 in my online account, and 25 BB downswing would have wiped me out and had me steaming so badly I'd probably deposit 200 more trying to win it back. Bad bad bad.
