Best 5 card hand. Doesn't matter if all 5 come from the board, or 3 from the board and 2 from you hand, or 4 from the board and 1 from your hand. And in holdem, suits don't matter in out-ranking.
In your example:
Player 1 has: AAKKT (T from the board)
Player 2 has AAKKT (T from the board or his hand, same difference)
Split pot.
But sometimes I wish we could count a good 6 card hand. 3 pair beats 2 pair. 2 trips beats a full house. Those hands are so rare, I sometimes wish I could get paid for them.

Not me. Imagine the consequences. You have pocket aces, and the flop is 223. A maniac from the BB goes all in in front of you with 53, and you call. Turn is blank, river is a 5 ... 3 pair, he wins!
