does anyone know if someone were to make a career out of playing poker online in california, how the taxes would work off your winnings, and for that matter would you have to report all of it assuming places like partypoker.com doesn't report it for you?
that explains a little about how reporting taxes works, but does anyone know if its even legal to play on line poker in california for a living.
uhm, sure. its the internet, they cant tell you not to play poker.
just move to the UK or Canada and have it all tax free baby along with free health care (although our free health care sucks )
