Re: Heads up play question
These oops are the best to play against
(1) Little risk of losing all your money
(2) Little push-back on your bets
(3) Predictable
How I would play against these opps

A small preflop raise is in order. They should fold most of the time. You might consider not raising the preflop if you can drag opp to river with your top-pair. If you are in position. When they have top pair and bet and you have 2pair+, small/medium re-raises to river should work.

Good: You can sit to the river and catch 2pair+ and bust them. If they check on flop, a bet is in order. You might only want to bet with a marginal hand or a good draw. I wouldnt bet the turn unless something hit. Check to the river and show them. If they bet the river, you probably will need to fold, unless you hit a 2pair+ (maybe even top-pair with good kicker)

Fold the hand. If you are drawing to a strong hand and the bets are pot odds friendly, you can stay in. If you catch your monster, you should be able to extract a sizable re-raise and take them down.

If they dont bet alot with best hand, you cant play the marginal hands or bad pot odd draws. You will break them with a stronger hand though. So if you have trips (or some other monster) and they have top pair on flop, you can call them to the river and do a sizable re-raise. it might be hard for these folks to fold the river.

A small preflop raise and a small flop bet overall is in order. With bad hands, the opp will fold preflop hands. With bad flops, opp will fold the bet. Just remember that any calls/raises on pre-flop, flop should be taken with extreme caution. Opp probably has a better hand then you.
