Holdem Manager and PokerStars ver 7

One question about this Holdem Manager ? How to use and what I get about using it ?
I have now played Poker since 2009, mostly in PokerStars, but not using Holdem Manager.

So I ask what is it's income to playing ? Can it help or are it only by statictic ??
