KK 3-way: value bet ace turn?

I’m not sure how often villains show up with Ac here and turned two pair so in hindsight I figure there is some value to be had?

as played I think fold river, I actually expect villain to show up with TT reasonably often here - though my opinion may be a little weighted towards behaviour at lower levels.

I value bet this turn usually because I think our villains ranges are pretty draw heavy, and the ace hits nothing except nut flush draws, and because we may still get value from 99-JJ

if I'm called on the turn I'm looking to check/call depending on what hits on the river.

Turm is a check 3way. Fold river

If we knew BB was a whale (bigger sample), turn would be a bet.

As played, don't mind the check. River is gross, and I guess is a fold.

I would bet the turn, folding the river now.

I'm giving up on turn.

Thanks for the advice gents. Not sure why most of you guys are checking the turn however if you think through the likely spread of hands that get to the turn in this way - other than a few combos with Ac in them, there has to be way more combos of small overpairs, pair plus draw and other flush draws in there surely?

I could find myself calling river after turn checks through, but I don't like betting turn because value is now exlusively flush draws, and lots of his flush draws beat us. I can see either villain taking a stab at river, so I'm not necessarily just auto folding to any bet once the ace falls. But I'm certainly not thrilled about it, and as such I just want a cheap showdown, or to fold to a decent size bet such as this.

bet turn. Villain has non-nut flush draws, 6x pair+oesd a lot more often than he has two pair/nut flush draw (turned top pair).

we still have CO to act behind and we have no real info on him. i really dont see why betting here is better then checking .

As daven said, villain can have non nut flush draws that we should be betting into for value - Which is the likely result is villain is a fish.

If villain is a bit more aware, checking the turn is going to be like turning over our cards and asking to be bluffed off our hand.

The more I look at it the more I don't mind a check, but its really giving up in a situation where we are ahead enough of the time I think. You're right about it multiway significantly lessening the value of betting. It's marginal, but I still think bet is better than check on this turn.

I cannot see anything except a fold on the River tough as it might be. I would say the way you played the hand was fine.

Go fold. You didn't have to wait to be dealt ace, you had to make bigger raise before the flop and on the flop. In situations like this when you give an opportunity to your opponents to make better pair than you, you can only go fold on the river.

I want to tell to the "The Bean Counter" that in situations like this it would be better to make a better raise before the flop, because if you make a small raise or only call than you give an opportunity to your opponents to make better hand than yours.

Easy fold river. BB could have a lot of thinks than beat us and CO have also to talk after us... Fold
