In hands 1 and 2 I'd auto cbet half pot and expect to take it down on those dry flops a lot of the time. If he calls I'm probably giving up. If everybody behind you is tight and you think MP2 might have a hand he really likes, you could also just flat with the suited aces.

In hand 3 I'd almost always just flat to play a hand in position with the two fish, especially with a good not great hand like AJs that I would have to fold to a 4bet.

Hand 1: I 3bet a little smaller preflop - more like 2.25. Also, if he is calling plenty pre, and not folding many flops/turns in 3bet pots as you suggest, then I probably wouldn't 3bet at all, and would instead 3bet AK/AQ/JJ/TT type hands.

On this flop with plenty of good barrel cards I'd make it about $2.80-$3.00 and be prepared to barrel lots of clubs and overcards (Not as sure about barrelling the gutshot).

Hand 2: I don't mind slightly large sizing, since its extra dead money when he folds lots of flops. What size does he usually fold a lot of flops to? I'd do that. As a default I'd go a little bigger than half pot planning on shutting down most of the time when called. We can probably barrel a K, maybe a Q and I'd probably check back an A (but bet it with a better kicker).

Hand 3: I'd just flat pre. We have position, a good hand, and don't mind it being headsup or multiway. I think we are more likely to keep weaker Ax and Jx in this way, especially from the limper. We can also steal later, especially if it is headsup.

Hand 1 - if we discount AA-KK for not 4betting, and say he's playing the top 8% of hands (folding
to 60% of 3bets, after opening 23%) then his range hits this board for 66+ or a flush draw 42% of
the time - I'm betting the flop intending to barrel any turn.

Hand 2 - given this flop and the read, small - like $2.50 ought to get it done. Not barreling - if he's calling the flop, he's probably calling us down with 58o

Hand 3 - I see your point about calling and playing IP, but unless we believe he's going to go broke with a weak hand, which folding a lot of flops suggests he's probably not, I prefer the 3bet. It is however the kind of board even a fish that folds a lot of flops might feel like peeling - Although your flop bet seems smallish, given his stack size I think it's OK to bet the flop this size, expecting to get called often, planning to barrel any turn, and if the turn seems likely to have improved him, then the river bricks off, I'm shoving it, since there are about a metric fuckton of hands that can improve on a lot of turns here such that they'll peel again, but then can't call a big river bet.
