When I could play on Stars, I always loved their support. They were always quick to handle my issues. Plus if a mistake was made (like in your case) they honored it. Kudos to Stars support.

Oh isn't that nice you got a free ticket for that, how did you do in Event 10?

Such errors are always nice ! And Stars is well known for doing good things for all their costumers !
