I like pre as you said he's opening so many hands and is likely still continuing with a wide range. I bet flop at about pot as the board is a bit wet and it let's you have a potsized bet left on the turn. I'm never folding and looking to get the money in.
Please correct me if in wrong, but this type of player will def call it off with weak hands like top pair. I don't know if there is any reason to slow down and let him bluff.

I know what you're thinking here, but if we don't bet it then we just give him so many chances to improve for free and miss so much value when we're ahead and he has a sd/fd/tp/mp+fd etc. It's frustrating when you don't get a bet beyond pre flop monies but you aren't crushing the board that much due to it's texture. If it was Qc8cX or KQ2 monotone I wouldn't mind checking so much but this is so wet it's horrible to check imo.

Pre is fine, flop I bet 4.10 or so

It is always best to play straight up ABC poker against unknowns. I hesitate to use the word "always", but FR against unknown villains, I avoid trickery and cautiously establish a read.

I can't think of a good reason to slow-play a set OTF at the micros, barring reads. You beat the micros by V-betting.

Hero has middle set OTF, and there's really only 1 hand that beats Hero here and the flat call IP from Villain makes it super unlikely that he has KK. Villain's range is almost (if not) entirely composed of hands that Hero beats, so Hero bets.

This talk of not C-betting on more connected boards is backwards. The idea is to bet bigger and more frequently when there are more draws that will call, and to bet smaller and less frequently when there are fewer draws. The more cards that can put Villain ahead of Hero, the bigger Hero bets. Price out those draws and get max-value when they miss.
On the K:c: Q:c: 2:h: board, Hero bets ~$4.00
If the flop was Q:c: 8:c: Xx, Hero bets ~$3.50
If the flop was Q:c: 8:d: 2:h:, Hero bets ~$3.00
If the flop was K:c: Q:c: 2:c:, Hero bets ~$6.00

Over-betting extremely connected boards is good for many of reasons. Can you name a few?

villain is not unknown but chking to induce spaz from a maniacle villain on a board like his is only gonna get you one bet. Bet now villain can not will not ever fold a king or draw and you dont block any! you have the nuts so much cos you dont block any continuing hands fast play the fuck outa this. if villain folds he couldnt continue and you loose prolly 3bucks from his flop bluff which hed be unlikely to continue with on the turn.
