I never woulda suspected??
That he'd have to pay for pussy? Or are you still reading the incorrect reports that it was male prostitution?
Hawk, the one I read was a male Prostitute. Is that report wrong?
Yeah, that was the initial report, but it was wrong.
the whole thing is silly, but laws gonna law.
Yep, whether it was male or female, the only person he should have to answer to on this is his wife.
Orgasms:
Why is it illegal to sell something that is perfectly legal to give away for free?
I would have never thought that he would do something like this. From what I have heard he is a very nice and honest person.
This news will make the AMA more interesting (assuming he's still going to do it).
You catch and yet I still get paid. What's not to like?
Someone explain to me how this is not entrapment.
For it to be entrapment, they'd have to have pressured him to break the law.
So a rich fat guy pays for sex. How is this news?
The police over here don't waste time on setting traps like that? Surely, there are fare more important stuff going on :)
Also, we all end up paying for it one way or another. Raymer is probably taking the optimal ev line here.
That pic is out of context, you didn't include his house or car(s).
status and wealth is a huge plus for him. morbid obesity is a huge minus. also working against him is his curious lack of ears.
I'll be honest the gay bit piqued my interest slightly more than the prosie bit, but I'm pretty indifferent to either and assume that most sane people think it being illegal to pay for having your end away is dumb as shit
I need feminism because Greg Raymer is judged by how he has no ears and not by who is between those ears.
Would you let Greg fuck you for $1m?
I guarantee he can get some action cheaper than that.
Also, I would like to voice my support for Raymer here, as well as share the best joke I've heard on the subject to date:
NYDN: “Clearly, he wasn’t happy with his hand.”
BAM
I thought there would at least be conditions presented, such as: as long as you're not doing atm on a video that has to be posted on your Facebook wall indefinitely.
But no. The lesson learned here is that you're all ok with unconditional sex play with Greg Raymer for $1M (or cheaper).
you mean he's not gonna serenade me first? :(
I think a lot of people saying "why is prostitution illegal?!" are terribly naive. Let me first say that I do agree that prostitution should be legal. That being said, as it exists pretty much everywhere in the world, some form of human trafficking or other serious human rights abuses are present. This is likely due to the fact that illegality has birthed a black market, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it's generally a fucked up industry.
So yeah, it's not exactly a victimless crime...
Pretty sure I posted a few times in this thread, what's going on?
You sure it wasn't the actual AMA thread you posted in?
CENSORSHIP.
(but yeah luco's right, your funnies were in the other thread)
Derp, totally forgot there was another thread.
yeah, it's more complicated than that. i believe that anyone should be able to do whatever they want to themselves as long as they're an adult and not hurting anyone else. that being said, if prostitution were legal, i wouldn't want my daughter to aspire to be a prostitute when she reaches adulthood. pretty much the same as being involved in porn. education would likely solve that problem.
i think that most of the trafficking and such is created due to it being illegal as well, but that's just my unrehearsed ignorant opinion and nothing more.
my guess would be post-legalisation that sort of thing continues to be on the illegal secretive side of things, but that in many other areas the situation improves considerably
Ya that's my thoughts too Kiwi. It the underground illegal side that makes it so bad. Who would bother with illegal prostitution if they could go legal, so long as legal was competitively priced :)
There would still be abusive pimping and trafficking under legal prostitution, it would just be a lot easier to deal with. Sex workers would have legal recourse against the offenders since they wouldn't self incriminate by reporting these crimes.
I'm sure there would but When something becomes out and open it's far easier for normal everyday people to avoid the dangers. I am sure there is still ways around anything legal, but it has to be better than any system they have now.
A girl I quite liked and I were walking past a strip club (just one near where I live) and she told me some story about a mate of hers going out with a stripper and expected me to react to it like "eww who would want to go out with a stripper, what a horrible life that is".
I don't like strippers, I've been to a strip club twice in my life and I hate how fake the whole situation is. But I have absolutely 0 problem with people doing it for a living, it's their choice.
What is being suggested wouldn't solve that, however it would start to address that problem. Just like being gay used to be a massive deal, now most people have no problem with it, as they shouldn't.
I seriously don't. I just don't like how fake it is, clearly have a lack of testosterone.
Had a chat today with a mate of mine and concluded I wouldn't like a wife that stayed at home and did all the cooking and cleaning either (I say wife, I don't believe in marriage either).
I'm with Savy ftmp. I'll go with friends, and it's kinda a cool atmosphere, in the way that a 50's style diner in LA is a cool atmosphere despite the food being mediocre at best. But overall, I'd rather be doing a lot of other things.
I personally love strippers, I just never go because my hatred for paying $9 for a bottle of beer to look at titties is fucked. I have taken a woman on odd occassion though and that is always awesome. The strippers just love when a woman shows up just to watch.
If you drink at a normal bar or restaurant: $4-$6 per bottle
If you drink at a Legion or equivalent (old man hangout): $2.5-$4 per
If you drink at a nightmarish to bad strip club: $2.5-$4 per
If you drink at a mediocre to good strip club: $6-$10
If you drink at home: $1-$2 per
Pretty sure Merkins tip too.
then you're an asshole.
strippers are usually cool people, but also a vast majority are prob batshit crazy with daddy issues. but i always like to strike up a conversation and more often than not it's always interesting. hard not to be real when you're sitting naked on the lap of a stranger.
