Utility Workshop Parts 3-Coda

There are a couple of readers who are working their way toward the end of the first half of this manuscript, so I am pleased to announce that I have finally completed my revisions for the second half of the novel. Contact me if and when you're ready to receive this document (don't necessarily have to wait until you're done reading the first three parts).

This section is only 3/4s as long as the first half, since it is only two parts (part 4 and 5) and a short epilogue.

Title should be Parts 4-Coda.
