Overplaying Top Pair?

Is it ok to flat pre with AK or should i 3bet villain pre? No info, he's seen 3 hands.

3betting pre depends mostly on how many worse hands he calls with and (i think), to a lesser extent, what % of his opening range that is. as played i'd probably just call the turn because the board is dry so we are pretty much either way ahead/way behind here. especially given we block the nut flush draw. raising and felting the turn isn't a mistake if you think he has KQ in his range though.

Don't mind the call pre, hate the shove though. Not enough calls that you beat. If he's betting small like that with QQ or w/e its unlikely he calls a shove but calling might induce another bet.

Villain is UTG and raised 10x PF. In my experience AK is drawing pretty thin here. Unless you have a specific read he's out of line.

Calling pre- may not be awful despite the large opening bet size. Depends on the opponent. I know some micro- players, although not a lot, who tend to open big with hands like TT and JJ. The small flop and turn bets are quite often what people do to try to keep opponents in. So raising the turn looks rather speculative at best and pretty bad at worst.

Yeah missed the 10x as well. With no info I'm prob folding too.

I'm prolly either getting it in pre or mucking it and not telling anybody, leaning towards folding as villain is unknown. Given bet sizings post I prolly call turn and decide on river which could go a bunch of different ways.

Above all else, make a fucking note on this guy's pre flop sizing with AA. Note his sizing with other hands as he shows. This guy is going to turn his monsters face up pre.

Folding is puke at 2nl pre with AK, but on this occasion I prob just do it and keep a close eye on this guy. We have a great seat.

Turn is spew. If he has QQ or something we actually beat, he's gonna fold. So call and reassess river.

Also, am I really the first to say... don't post results? You'll get better advice about range if we don't know what he had.

is this guy raising 10x standard? I would guess he's playing some form of big pot poker... Are you ok getting AI pre vs. this guy? Cause after he raises 10% of his stack here your 3bet is gonna be around .80 ...

w/ no info I'm hard pressed to call this kinda pre ra' . does he raise this big w/ JJ, or even QQ doubt it.

Or if we don't suck and he's always raising 10x we could just 3b to 38c with all of our value/bluffs.

edit: 4xing a 3b in position is pretty much never going to be better then 2-3xing unless villain is a very stationy.
