I'm raising here to get some action from the Fit-or-fold fish in SB. 17 hands in, so limited reads:
CO is Weak/Tight - has played a FD passively, BTN tried to sloplay 2Pair OTF, then wouldn't let it go on a 4Flush board, BB I've seen before, and is kinda ABC. Fold to cBet 80%. Got good odds on his call; will let me know if he has something

I'm OOP multiway with a decent draw, so i'm usually betting here to deny other draws/as a semi-bluff v. TPs/PPs. However, CO & BTN are both shorties. Does this affect my sizing?

Fold pre, not close. As played, I guess I'd cbet 1/2 pot then give up unless I hit. CO looks loose passive over 17 hands, not weak tight.

On a table with so many loose passive short stacks that don't fold, just have big cards -> flop a pair -> stack them

or you can raise a lot, cbet small when you miss and cbet big when you hit and print money both ways instead of waiting for hands and letting other people take their monies

I'd open smaller vs so many shorties, not going to be a problem getting stacks in post - probably 25 to 30c. 70c on flop seems good.

I would check this flop multi way especially with to weak passive players to act. If your read on the CO is he is weak tight i doubt he'll bet out at this multiway unless he called with A rag or w/e. Then the button likes to slowplay if he has a 5 he might check behind also might even check an ace but not likely. If you get a free card and its a club id feel happy getting it in against a 23bb or 51bb stack with a 9high flush. So i'd start value betting. But if you lead this board and get shoved on by the shortie it's gonna suck. So i'd check.

raising pre seems fine to me. i typically no bigger than 3x pre in any position at a 6max table unless i'm looking to isolate/build a pot vs some drooler who wont fold vs bigger sizes. as played i'd typically bet $1 on the flop here, same as i would with AK or whatever, but i definitely have some betsizing issues so that could be incorrect.

edit: wee bit drunk. didn't realise it was Axx and not Axy flop. yeah i'd go smaller than $1 here as standard. probably $0.7-8

55c on the flop. Maybe even smaller if we've had them fold to 1/3 psbs. I mean they either have 66+ or Ax and aren't folding or they don't have it and are folding for the most part. Even getting 1-2 players to fold hands like 9T/J9/Q8/76 is really good for and it's all we are trying to accomplish.

Nobody checking this flop then? The only person im worried about having a legit preflop holding here is the BB. The range id give him would 22-TT AJ AQ considering he's oop unless you've seen him call with suited A's K's Q's and SC's in multiway pots. But i'd assign him that range as a default and add and take away hands as you get more info from showdowns etc. If you bet here your gonna get called by the majority of BB's range probably 88 99 TT AJ AQ whereas if you check the passive shortstacks are likely to give a free card and you could hit your draw for free then start value betting.

Also i wouldn't open this from UTG+1 when your oop to 2 short stacks if they're calling alot preflop. I'd open lots of SC's and 1+2 gappers from the BTN if your looking to target the SB.

i probably actually wouldnt open this either now i pay more attention to who is sitting where and with what stack sizes. just because i wouldnt do something definitely doesnt make it incorrect though.

Looks like a fold pre, we will frequently end up oop vs loose guys on CO and BU and suited quite low one gapper can be not enough

Pretty sure limping pre is going to show a profit despite the terrible rake and if it shows a profit we shouldn't be folding. Just saying.
