Help me use Word
This has been driving me crazy. Im trying to create a customized outline, but am having a ton of difficulties. Basically, what i want is to make an outline look like this
Case:
Facts:
Reasoning:
instead of
1.
2.
3.
The goal is to make something I can use over and over. I want to be able to just hit enter and be prompted for the next item I need to fill in by using this outline format. So similar to how I'd hit enter after I finished with 1. and move on to 2., instead id hit enter after I finished with Case: and move on to Facts:.
You get me? HALP

I figured out a short cut that could make
1.
__a)
_____I)
look like
1.
a)
I)
and then like
Case:
Facts:
Reasoning:
but that causes me to have to hit enter and then tab to do what i want. Its very close, but not quite what im looking for. Does anyone know how i could alter each main heading instead of only the first and the subheadings that follow?

I'm guessing that what version of Word you have would be a good thing to post

Im trying it in anything really. Openoffice, libreoffice, word, whatever. They all appear to be similar in this aspect of what im looking for.
Lets go with openoffice 3.4 though.
@Lolz: do u know of a macro that would do this for me?
