Pre: I think calling is okay against this player - he's the sort of fish that will pay off top pair on any board if you hit your set. It's close between 3b, call and fold for me pre out of position depending on villain otherwise (assuming villain isn't a fish).
Flop: I wouldn't donk bet against this player on this board with sucj a weak holding. If he cbets a high % but folds to donk betting however then it's probably worth a try, but villains with this PFR tend to do neither. This board is a pretty standard c/f for me and I'd look to take it down on most turns if villain checks flop behind.
Turn: Putting on the brakes is probably fine but my leak is that I double barrel too often in these spots - I have no idea why villain doesn't take this down on the turn to your check.
