1) At least one source is reporting that PokerStars is close to an agreement to finalize the Full Tilt deal. They expect to have an approved payment plan and announce it by the end of May.
2) Compatible Poker reports that reps. from Stars and Tilt were in the US to work with DOJ officials to finalize the deal last week.
