No reads or stats on this guy apart from his stack size.
So I think his calling range pre is wider than average, my open might be a little loose for FR but there were some bad players behind me.
His flop leading range is probably weak given sizing + on this board he has lots of air so raising 2 overs seems fine.
I think when he calls then leads out again fairly small he's strong most of the time {97, J9, maybe QJ all got there}, it's also possible this is his way of playing Tx. My implied odds don't look too good (Q/9 both bring a 4 card straight, A is a scare card to bad players) so fold?
