You should get one of those HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE, GPRS internets USB sticks, or whatever something similar exists wherever you live. Should work just fine as a backup just in case your primary internet fails (considering you don't live in Bat Cave (Bikes Cave?) and don't have cell phone coverage).

I've found some pretty awesome ones for a lot less than that but not many 5+ bed.

Actually, thinking about it, 200 bucks a night isn't that far off what I'm after, but want to keep it below $150/night if I can.
