Currency Conversion
Hi All
I have recently opened an account on the iPoker network and this is the first time I have been on a multi-currency site. I have been on a heater but it seems as though the multi-currency is confusing my software, is this a fixable issue?
Winnings per PT3: $132.63
Winnings per graph line on PT3: ~$200
Winnings per cashier balance: $190.35

Be very careful with the multi currency thing on iPoker. Every time you make a transaction, they round it to the nearest cent (in their favor of course), so for example if you have auto-top up set up for your stack in ring games, it will screw you big time because you will be doing hundreds of tiny transactions. See here: http://www.flopturnriver.com/pokerfo...ghlight=ipoker
Also write to your poker room to let them know how happy you are about this rip off.

Brutal. I guess that explains the $10.

I guess just change auto-top-up feature (will do so the next time I'm on there). Good link on this thread, tks.

Yeah well, that's truly a rip off because it would be simple for them to allow you to hold different currencies in your account (like Pokerstars), so avoiding most transactions. But then they wouldn't be making that fortune by screwing players out of their pennies...

Important info for iPoker players - Internet Poker - Online Poker Forum
Here you go. KeithMM form here and 2P2 figured this all out and it's one of a few reasons I quit iPoker and found greener pastures

apparently the latest info on this issue (an email that was posted in that thread near the end of it) is that ipoker are supposed to be releasing new software in the coming months that will address this issue. but no mention of whether its going to be on a per table , per day or per session basis. Also according to posts on ipokerVIP's (an affiliate) blog ipoker are thinking of bringing in a version of ongames esssence vip scheme during the summer. This penalises winning players and rewards "losing" players.

Yea essence sucks, but it's far more worth it at Ongame than at iPoker's nitfest
