You could be ahead or drawing to 6 outs against a pair. You just about have the pot odds right now to draw to a pair. So you can definitely call. Possibly you could raise as a bluff, but I like calling. The way to exploit people who bet too small is to call with draws. You have a draw to top top.

with those type of "draws" you always have to worry about Reverse Implied Odds

I think flatting is weak here. Given your read raising isn't bad, but it's completely unnecessary at 2nl.

At NL2, I personally just fold here. You can rarely predict what he will do to your raise. He could just call you with absolutely any two cards. I'd wait for a better spot.

pre i would just 3bet to .2 or .22, i have seen that the bigger the reraise the more they call. cant explain why. if you know for sure he's 100% cbetting, flat here and see turn. fold unlles a K/A comes, if it does and he shoves also fold.... they mostly take this line for sets. its 8/10 a set if he shoves turn K/A
