Aces - tournie 60BB deep
Hey
I know there aren't many tournie players on here but even if not opinions welcome.
Blind were 100 / 200 I've got 12000 he's got like 8K I think.
UTG+1 limps. I raise pot. He re-raises to like 2500 so i debate for a min realising
I can get half my stack in pre with one pot size bet left by re-raising.
I dont like flatting the 2.5K and seeing some awkward flop and if he re-jams it's AA v AA.
I can't see him making this big play with a wrap hand so I'm almost certainly
splitting with Aces or looking good if he's some idiot that overplays KK or similar.
Sorry can't post the hand I don't know how to pull hands out of PT3. To be honest I don't
know how to use half of it as the forums for PT are so unhelpful.

I'm far from an expert at Omaha, I play the occasional low-stakes game for fun, but I'm not so blinded by aces in this game as I am in HE. What were your rags? Honestly, I think if I had something half trashy like AA27r, I'd probably cap the raising very quickly and see a flop, maybe even fold if I have a sick soulread he must have AA too. I don't really like getting it in pre with aces in this game, they just don't dominate nearly enough like in HE. I dunno, like I say I'm no expert, I'm just chipping in because I'm bored, but I'd be more careful about getting in with aces in PLO 60bb deep.
Having said that, if you had a monster AA hand, I guess it's different, especially if we have him on AA too. I'm not sure what the match-up is for AA23 vs AAQQ, but I wouldn't be afraid to get it in with the queens here, that's for sure.
Your rags are significant for me.

re pt3 - go to Omaha Tab, Tournament Tab, then Hands. Up above you can see all the hands you played - highlight the hand (you can sort by amount won), then down below it lists every time you played it. Down in the box below, double click the hand in question, and a window will pop up. You can then re play it, or click the Hand History tab and you can copy paste the raw HH from there.
Re the hand - it's fine. If you don't want to gamble the best option is to just limp along, esp if you think this guy always has AAxx when he limps UTG. But once you raise & get 3 bet you for sure must get it in, there is too much dead money to fold and it is a disaster to give him first bluff rights with 1 bet left. your position is not given - if you are the SB\BB then you can flat and shove every flop.
PLO tourney are always going to involve getting past a bunch of flips, you can't fight it. You either take the occasional one with a good stack, or you take a bunch once you get short, or both.
Post your hand, reads, and the buy in. I removed the results.

Can't seem to find that hand in PT3. It's possible that i didn't have it running but I doubt it.
I swear it just doesn't work properly. But I paid my money for it and am now kinda stuck. Some of the training vids I've watched HE manager looks better.
