Villain is 9/9 with 100 agg and 100% cbet over only 12
His cbet sizing looks kinda weak.
When he bets this turn his range is pretty strong as its a pretty bad card..2 pairs (Ax) KJ got there, sets mayybe.
I was planning on calling most river bets but he pots it.
His range on the river is like AT KJ TT mayybe AK idk though.

I think the river is a call, he can be v betting worse A's than yours (AK, AJ, AT) There's also probably a non zero bluffing %. I would add 22 to your range. Why don't you put some ranges into pokerstove?

I'm fine with both flatting or 3bing PF. We don't have reads so we're kinda just flying in the dark.

3b pre or somehow get more money in on the flop - c-r or bet. I mean, if you want to put KJ etc in his flop c-betting range then add AJ and QQ so..

I would 3b pre here sometimes if I knew the guy, I just didnt feel comfortable being oop in a 3b pot vs a full stack that I only had like 10 hands on.

yeah 22 is def in his river range.

Imean i guess he could pot the river w/ AJ but im kinda doubtful as he has his shit together enough to size bets semi decently..

Flatting pre is fine, I'd play it the same as you postflop and call river.

Think about all the hands in your preflop range that get to the river. If you're thinking about folding this what hands are you calling with?

I prefer calling pre-flop here.

If you want to look at the river in a vacuum, we're beat by AA/QQ/22 which play this way probably 100% so call that 7 combos, then anywhere around 50-80% of KJ, so another 6-10 combos of that gives us somewhere between 13-17 combos that beat us. AT is probably in his range 100% of the time, and that by itself is 6 combos we beat, giving us somewhere between 25-35% equity. Once you add in some non-zero portion of AK/AJ and whatever else, I think it becomes a +EV call.

If you want to look at the river outside of a vacuum, AQ is either the top of your range or very close to the top of your range, so unless you plan on check/folding 100% here, you've got to call with it.

Shouldnt TT also be in his range? making 15-19 combos total?
Either way its probably still a call as hes unknown so we dont have reads and can have buffs here some %.

As you and Meeloche are saying, AQ is pretty close the top of my range and I pretty much have to call it off...I folded so fail I guess :p

..Im not quick enough at counting combos/doing maffs yet to do it at the table efficiently..more practice! Over time I'm sure it becomes fairly automatic.
