If you want to look at the river in a vacuum, we're beat by AA/QQ/22 which play this way probably 100% so call that 7 combos, then anywhere around 50-80% of KJ, so another 6-10 combos of that gives us somewhere between 13-17 combos that beat us. AT is probably in his range 100% of the time, and that by itself is 6 combos we beat, giving us somewhere between 25-35% equity. Once you add in some non-zero portion of AK/AJ and whatever else, I think it becomes a +EV call.
If you want to look at the river outside of a vacuum, AQ is either the top of your range or very close to the top of your range, so unless you plan on check/folding 100% here, you've got to call with it.
