5nl confused with TT

Hello, I am looking for advice on a hand I played earlier today. Hopefully I am posting this in the right place, I did not see an area for shorthanded games under $50.

Anyway, this hand was between two tight players who I thought played straightforwardly. The utg bettor in particular was someone who I thought would not put too much money into a pot without a strong hand. I did not have very strong reads on the cold caller other than his preflop tightness.

Pre flop I chose to squeeze instead of flat. My reasoning was that I could get them both to fold a good amount of the time and take down a nice pot. If not, my plan was to play pot control and and not get too crazy against their continuing ranges. Is this normally a good decision or should I flat more in spots like this?

On the flop I felt like the lead bet from utg1 was pretty strong, and that this player could of certainly slowplayed Aces or Kings but folding was still out of the question. Can I ever raise here?

As for your question can you raise flop. It really depends on MP's stats. On one hand, you have a pretty strong hand on the flop, but threeway, there are lots of bad cards that can come on the turn, especially since UTG gets to tag along cheap. Raising is good if MP is a loose player who is donking a lot on dry boards because it protects your hand. Unfortunately, raising here vs an unknown sucks due to stack sizes compared to the 3-way 3-bet pot; you're committing your stack with a raise. If it was heads up, calling would make more sense. Of course if MP's stats are like 12/9 and his cbet stat is low, then folding is alright.

As for your question about the 3-bet PF, it really depends on UTG's stats. If he's opening lots of pots then 3betting in position with a hand like tens is great especially with a weak caller. If he's not opening many pots, and plays straight forward, then calling in position is good to either set mine or taking the pot down on the flop if he checks to you.

No not at all, if UTG wasn't in the hand and UTG1 donk bet the flop and lead turn I'd be happy to get this in. It doesn't really make sense for him to take the aggression away from you on this rainbow flop. But UTG is in the hand and UTG looks very strong from your read, don't really see him continuing with any hand weaker than JJ+, he could also be slowplaying the trips. So I like the way you played this.
