Should I chase a flush vs a nit?

Villain was running 11/6 over 120 hands showing only strong holdings. I decided to make a move in position hoping to stack him if I get lucky.

Preflop:
1 fold, Villain bets $0.25, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.25, 3 folds

Flop: ($0.57) 3h, 4d, 6d (2 players)
Villain bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

Turn: ($1.57) Qs (2 players)
Villain bets $1.30, Hero ???

My flop call was 2.14:1 giving me poor pot odds on my flush. But all I was thinking about was taking his stack if I hit. More bad odds on the turn with 2.2:1. Do I call and chase hoping to stack him?

i wouldnt call... but i am a begginer... and if he is so tight , when sees the flush on the board... he wont pay.... my opinion...i wouldnt have called even the flop bet, unlles with a flush and straight draw.

Not only your stack is too small, but flushes usually offer poor implied odds because it is obvious not only to nits but even to unobservant players that there is a three-flush on the board. Plus people at the micros overestimate flush draws and suited cards massively (just like you did), and nits know that so they are always wary when somebody looks like he is chasing a draw and a flush card comes. So they won't pay you your implied odds when you hit.

So no, don't chase (except if you play against me please).

One of my biggest problems is getting away from flush draws. Not only do I miss most of the time, but sometimes end up losing to a better flush or ending up with a 4-flush board losing to the nut flush.

I assume you have Axdd - you will be drawing live to the A some of the time, and sometimes you'll get paid off when you hit the A, so let's assume you have 11 outs in 46 or about 3.5:1 you get 2.2:1 on the turn call, you need to make an additional 1.3*($1.3) on the river to make your call 0EV at least. After you call the pot is about 4.2. You have $2.7 left so he needs to call your river jam when you improve around 60%
The call should be around break even, prolly slightly +EV.

Overplaying less than nut flush hands on 4-flush boards is a common mistake. People tend to play unreasonably tight on these boards, so don't vbet thin, and try bluffing them with your air sometimes.
