I seem to have gotten nittier as I have been moving up. A lot of crap that I was able to get away with at 25nl/50nl are not the case anymore. I wanna improve my button and blind defense game but not sure how to start. Any glaring leaks to plug based on these stats? I 24 table fwiw

Nice to see you are still here Renton. I am once again back into the poker scene. Just started working full time, and now with some disposable income, looking to supplement my income with poker :)
Grinding out at $25NL to $1000 than moving to $50. Also, new poker room opened up 12 minutes from my house so will be playing $1/2 NL there once a week.
If you are looking for some good information on blind defense L_Clan. I found the Blind defense video on leakbuster under HM extremely helpful. It explains in detail different scenarios and goes thru different +Ev action lines to take vs. your opponents.
