You should repost OP.
Anyway, I think this is bad because this guy is probably barreling most of his draws and from your reads he doesn't seem to be capable of folding Q10+ and your line is draw heavy to boot. If anything I'd make a smaller bet than a shove on the river (like 23 or something) so that you don't seem so polarized since there aren't THAT many hands you want to play a 100+bb pot at NL 50 with on the river that didn't raise the flop.
if this is tl;dr, basically don't bluff a fish who gets it in with K2s pre. We're not worried about being exploited.
Seems terrible. How did 3d turn help you???
umm... EVERY DRAW in the world bricked!
This would be more interesting if you had QQ/JJ, than QJ here.
You're getting looked up here too often
based on your reads raising flop to 23 seems good, betting turn slightly losing, and bluffing on the river burning the exact amount of your bet
haha NH me.
i was railing this hand and felt that villain was bad enough to be calling turn with AQ or AJ as well as Tx (even a hand as weak as 99 or 88; he was CC random hands oop on turn throughout the match and sometimes merge-v betting the river with like bottom pair) and folding river the river with less than Kx.
it s one of those spots where a thinking player can t ever put hero on a strong hand but this guy sat with a half-stack and didn t seem like a particularly strong reader or player
I just can't see how if he's insta-calling 4-bet shoves with the crap you mention, that you expect him to fold anything much on this river?
yeah but genitruc he's not folding 99 on the river. It'd only be interesting if we had A10+ here.
he s calling K2s pre but folding JJ on this river because he s a weird fish. K2s can make a flush! JJ loses to QQ! (ya seems stupid but believe me a guy who bet-folds Kx on AK4 flop after min-bet donking thinks this way).
i m def not disagreeing that this hand looks grotesque. but i def don t think this guy is capable of snapping 99 or even AT on this river. not sure if OP posted this yet but the match had been going on for about 90 minutes and we hadn t been caught in a bluff yet.
