i think a better question is what you think his range (all the possible holdings he could have) for calling the turn is.

So put the villain on a range and work through the hand street by street. Short answer is pretty sure you're behind on the river either to his set or flush but that doesn't really help you cuz we don't know what you were thinking throughout the hand.

Also preflop raise could have been higher.
