Ok so WTF is villain repping here? The only hands we don't have blockers for {33,44,A3,A4,K3,K4} that beat us are AK, KK, AA and lol he limped UTG. Does he really raise his draws or Ax on the turn? I mean fuck me, I'm playing OOP and blind here. Call? Shove? Fold? Ugh,

I would start by betting less on the flop for the sake of pot control. You have a good hand, but lots of bad cards can come. Maybe 70c.
Without reads its hard to fold on the turn. You have both blockers to the two sets in villains range. I think we can safely rule out AK 2pair as well. That leaves A3 and A4 for hands in his range that have you dominated. Other hands he could very likely have are AhXh or KhXh. Considering he limped UTG you can probably assume he isn't playing perfectly, so he may just be raising w/ top pair, or even raising to "see where he's at".
I would call turn and lead any non heart river. Though check calling probably isn't horrible either, since it seems he's likely to bet when checked to.
Edit: only problem with betting river is that if he raises it's going to be a level w/ no reads. He's obviously shown he's not the greatest player by limping UTG, so you're going to be stuck figuring out if hes over representing his AT or he really has 2 pair. c/c will let you showdown, so at least you'll have some information on him if the call on the turn was a mistake at the expense of maybe missing value if he doesn't bet hands like AT.

What makes me want to puke here is the fact that I've led out twice, so I'm obviously repping a decent hand, at least Ax or better. So either he's FOS or I'm getting coolered. I actually folded this hand FWIW but felt really dirty doing it. Given the situation, anyone else find a fold? If we call, we're left OOP on the river with a little more than a PSB left. This is really fucking sick.

Keep in mind you're leading into 4 players on the flop and how strong that looks especially with the pot bloating overbet (why?), even in a limped pot. I'd fold and feel fine about it on the turn.
