When I try to send my converted hand to a forum this is whay it tells me.

supahaole, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Am I doing something completely wrong or can I get it activated?

I think you have to have so many posts before you can use the converter because it won't let you use images. Just post the completely raw HHs and I'll convert them for you when I see them until you can do it yourself.
