I feel I got stucked!

I'm pretty new to this forum, and would like to ask your opinion about my case.
I'm trying to be short and understandable (excause me for my english).

Well, I started playing holdem about 2 years ago, but gave it up. I wasn't succesfull.
But about a month ago I registered to PS and got $2 for free (compliment or sg.) and I started to play low limit holdem .02-.04 I reached sg. like $9 then moved up to .05-0.1 after reaching $20 I moved up again to 0.1-0.2 reached $30 then, something happened. After $30 I started losing..actually almost $10, of course I went back to .05-0.1 but still losing or breaking even.
I've forgotten to say that I'm playing 6-handed. I'm using holdem manager, and I'm trying to play tight and agressive. To be honest, tilt affects me as I experience it, especially when I feel I played well, but the other got lucky, and I've also noticed that on low-limit it happens quiete often because people call with a bigger range of hands and they get lucky.

I guess I'm maybe playing out of my bankroll but I don't know if I should upload cash ?
I feel like I got stucked and can hardly get more money, but about 2-3 weeks ago it just went fine.
Well, if you can give me any ideas! Actually I don't know what else to say in a post (I'm also pretty new to forums and stuff like that), but I'm ready to answer any question if you can help me out!

Your problem is all about bankroll management. The general rule is you need 300BB minimum to play your level, and that is FULL RING. for 6-max, you probably need more like 400-500 BB.

A $10 downswing at .10/.20 is as common as a rainstorm in Seattle, with as much relevance to your poker skills. How many hands have you played?

My advice is to get back down to .05/.10 and grind until you have $60.
And post hands.

At 0.1-0.2 I played 700 hands and got 0 BB/100 when I moved back to 0.05-0.1

Actually I don't know how much hand am I supposed to play a day. I also don't know when to stand up from a table. I mean should I play hit and run, or staying at the table after winning eg. $1.5 and the same applies for losses. If I sit down with for example $2, losing half of it, should I stand up and find another table or stay to get the money back ?

I've read some books but non of them gave advice. Is it a personal decision maybe ?

What sort of hands should I post ? Bad-beats or winning, or just simple hands ?

If tilt affects you, you should definitely drop down a level and play full ring, .05/.10. I know it might not seem as much fun as 6-max, put being prone to tilt combined with poor bankroll management is a recipe for disaster.

As far as when to leave a table, it should not be determined by how much you are up or down. You're playing limit, right? So you don't have to worry about losing all your winnings in one hand. Play as long as you are comfortable, alert and not bored. As for me, I play a fixed number of hands a day - 400 - and then I quit, regardless whether I'm up or down. For you, might want to play more or less. But try to say to your self I'm playing a fixed number of hands or a fixed amount of time and then I will quit. I find this helps me from going on tilt. Of course, if you find yourself going on tilt and playing hands you would not normally play if you were winning, you should quit immediately.

As far as posting, do not post bad beats if you are just looking for sympathy -- you wont get any here since many have suffered worse.
Post hands in which you are not sure you made the right decisions, not because of the result. In fact, don't post results at all. Poker is about making correct decisions, not winning money.

I've just tried full ring limit 0.05-0.1 and I don't understand why have I never tried it before, because it went pretty good, I was actually winning and I see a fair chance to reach $60 sooner or later !
It really differ from 6-max but I'll get used to it I hope.
Also thank you for the playing advice, I was more focused on winning every day, and thinking back to past I think I pushed and wanted it too much, maybe that made me go tilt easier. I'll try to stick to a simple plan.

No problem, and you're welcome. It took me a while to appreciate the advice I just gave you. I'm pretty sure I lost a lot more money than you years ago before I finally realized my only chance was to retreat to lower stakes and try to get better.

One last thing: read Small Stakes Hold'em by Ed Miller. There aren't a whole lot of loose games on the internet these days, but there are at your stakes. Make this book your bible, since it is perfect for the games you will be playing.

as i understand it you are playing full ring now....

pfr - way too low. get used to raising weaker cards. you are too easy to read when you raise.
3bet - do it more, especially from the blinds. you will somewhat keep people from stealing your blinds with a very wide range....almost any 2.
cbetting - at your level, i would cut this WAAAAAY down. aim for 60%ish. why? because you are playing calling stations that will chase the wildest draws. if the board is drawy, and you missed completely (ie- ATo on J94hh) just check it off and hope you catch a turn, and fold to a bet if you are oop. double barreling requires the same advice. if your villains call a flop, they usually have something and are not folding. there are exceptions to this advice, of course, but as a general rule, you are cbetting far too much and opening yourself up to accidental exploitation by bad players.

also, watch WHO is stealing from you. if they run tighter than a complete idiot, occasionally pop them with a c/r on a flop he cant handle (ie- KXXr). you need to get him off your blinds. if he IS a complete idiot, call down with any respectable SD value fairly often (ie- Ahi on wet boards). sure, you will see weak pairs catch, but you will also start picking up betting patterns of when he continues and when he gives up. therefore, you can time your raises to either steal a pot from him or valuebet the hell out of him.

However, even these numbers don't say much to us. Post hands you have questions about. Give your reads. Give your thoughts on specific streets. Try and read his hand from street to street. We can help you better when we see your thoughts.

That said, a 2BB/100 winrate is nothing to be ashamed over. It's quite good....at ANY level of LHE.
